Their busiest times are during lunch and around 2-2:30 when people are trying to mail stuff out before last call but I love that they have a kiosk where you can pay/print a label and drop it off and avoid the long line. I go in 5 days a week to pick up/drop off mail and they greet me almost every time.”

Every single time I come in someone greets me (unless they are swamped with people at the counter which is totally understandable). They always take my items and never complain or even comment about the quantity of items I'm returning. Do they ask me about the weather, my family, my personal life-No! That's not what they're there for and it's definitely not what I'm there for. I keep seeing people say that the employees are not friendly enough, but what are you looking for? I go to the UPS store to complete a business transaction, not to make friends. They are always fast, professional, and efficient, which is exactly what I look for in a business transaction.”
