“My friend Mr. Rogers once said, "Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children play IS serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood." dropYou'll feel like you stepped back into the 1950s. I've never tried the candy from the candy bar. It looks really old, but I don't think candy spoils as it was never fresh in the first place. They also have some cheesy tourist souvenirs. But the real deal here, are the games. They may not have everything you're looking for, but they have enough. They have slingshots, most of the traditional games and some of the new ones. It usually crowded but worth it.”
“Atelier is a dream and oozes charm and warmth, with an amazing selection of yarns, notions, and other crafting essentials. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly, and took a significant amount of time to research my sweater pattern to ensure I was purchasing the appropriate quantity of yarn, and then helped me find everything I needed to make my project a reality. This is my favorite little yarn shop (plus so much MORE than yarn!) that I've ever visited, and can't recommend them enough.”
