I recently attempted to replace my passenger-side mirror glass, but after running into trouble, I asked a co-worker for help. He told me I was missing a part and couldn't help me, but it turned out he was mistaken.
I decided to stop by Auto Glass Express, and I am so glad I did. It was right about the time they were closing the shop, but Richard still jumped right in to help me. In a world where it feels like no one wants to help others for free anymore especially after hours he was a breath of fresh air.
When a small piece broke during the process, he went above and beyond to order the replacement for me. He even followed up with a personal call to let me know the part was on the way and that he’d notify me when it arrived. The team there is incredibly professional and they truly saved me from a lot of stress. If you need honest pricing and real expertise, this is definitely the place to go. “I forgot to load my tire jack and had a small tire leak.I went in there and ask if they can switch my spare (they were very busy) In about 30 minutes they got it switched. And here’s the kicker, the owner said no charge.
That tells you what kind a people runs this place. Thank very much , got home safely and started snowing too!”
