“If i could give 6 stars here I would. I took my BMW in to Nash, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of my experience. Nash was prompt, clear, and extremely patient. As a woman, I felt for the first time I was speaking with a mechanic who was respectful, happy to explain and didn’t rush answers in spite of my otherwise (admittedly) potentially frustrating lack of knowledge about cars. Nash was thorough and invested in trying to keep any potential costs down. My only complaint is that he isn’t in Marin, where I would go to him year round! I’ll definitely be telling all friends and family in Tahoe and visiting- that this is the only place to take their cars if in need of service.”
