“I loved working with Precision Floors to put hardwood flooring in my entire house. Much of the work was done while I was away but they kept in close communication with me and I always knew what was going on. Each of the people I interacted with - primarily Rick, Marcus, Raymond - were all very responsive and helpful. The floors are gorgeous - a beautiful walnut floor that completely changed my home. The walnut is a little soft, which I had been warned about, and scratches more easily than I would like. When I mentioned that to Precision Floors, they contacted the manufacturer and thoroughly followed-up on treatment for the floors.

The team also completely facilitated replacing the tile under my gas fireplace, which involved lengthening the gas pipe and moving an electrical outlet. They did a superb job.
