“Willow was amazing! Wanted to get a pair of earrings but we had already left back to our hometown. Called Willow. She sent me pics of the earrings that we were interested in. Found the ones we liked. She Wrapped them and shipped them to our house! Amazing customer service. We will be back next time we’re in town. Thank you so much again.”

“This place is awesome! Large selection and very reasonable prices. Multiple people have commented on the customer service (or lack thereof), but we found everyone friendly enough. Maybe this "issue" is about expectations....when we went in the store it was busy, some of the stuff was in disarray, and the store was a bit cramped--but we came to get deals!! Not pay a premium for service and spaciousness! We got brand name clothes in great condition for our kids at pretty unbelievable prices. In the Bay Area, where we are from, you can't find anything comparable to this--we will definitely be back.”

“We ended up purchasing a crew neck from the store and have been very happy with my purchase. It was a bit on the expensive side though. Souvenirs usually are I guess.”
