Very clean campground! On Saturdays they surprise guests with breakfast, and it was honestly such a great one. You don’t often find campgrounds that offer this kind of detail. Close to Lake Tahoe, with friendly and helpful staff. It’s not the most kid-friendly place in terms of activities, but if you bring bikes the kids will still have fun. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Enjoyed our stay with our RV. Loved the location as it is walkable to Main Street Truckee. We enjoyed the breakfast provided on Saturday.

Beautiful location, safe resort, very friendly staff! We had a great time. There was a lot to do in Truckee (the bike park was a favorite for my kids) and the resort was very conveniently located. The Saturday breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

Ok, the reason for only 4 stars is because we were guaranteed two spots together and ended up with them trying to separate us. They did some juggling, but our friends site was probably the worst in the campground. That row was also the dirtiest. 5 stars for the customer service in getting us the sites together and giving us a discount on next year's trip (guaranteed spots! 🙂). Very nice people! 5 stars for location because we are RV'ers. We like the woods and nature, but we also like to have conveniences like restaurants, grocery stores for the things we always seem to forget. And the proximity to casinos doesn't hurt. 😉 There are alot of modern cabins on site and a mobile home park behind the RV park. Probably not for you if you are into roughing it.

Everything was clean, new, and well equipped with utensils, cup's, wine glasses—everything you need for the kitchen. The bathroom even has heated floors. It’s a great and cozy place to stay.
We loved that it’s only 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe; we rented e-bikes there and had an amazing time.
When we got back to the cabin, we lit the fireplace and enjoyed the evening with our friends who were staying in two cabins down from ours. There are also restaurants nearby. It’s a very beautiful and well-located place. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend it.

We stayed for two nights in a compact but well-equipped cabin. Everything we needed was there, especially in the kitchen — it was neatly organized and fully stocked for up to four people, which made it very convenient for the two of us.
We stayed in a pet-friendly unit with our dog, and although there was a bit of pet hair on the carpet and sofa from previous guests, we were still very grateful to have a place that welcomed dogs since most other units don’t allow them.
We’re so happy to have made another beautiful memory with our dog here!

Great location convenient to Truckee. The staff are very professional and helpful. Well maintained and attractive RV sites. Excellent RV campsite.

Arrived early afternoon. Check in was quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. Space 24 on the corner was easy in and out. Paved roads and level sites, lots of trees. Very nice campground. We only stayed one night while traveling south. All hookups worked great, wifi was a little weak but not a big deal. Bathroom’s were spotless and shower was wonderful. Highly recommend this campground for an overnight or extended stay in region. Great access off and on I-80 a plus. Enjoy your stay!! 👍🏼

We stayed in the tiny home style cabins for two nights. First I’ll say that these are beautiful and modern inside but I would NOT recommend staying here with toddlers. We unfortunately had a full day of rain during our stay and with not much to do indoors in the Truckee area we had to stay at the cabin most of the day. The cabin is VERY small so spending time there with more than two people it’s very close quarters. If it were two feet wider and the loft ceilings were a foot taller it would have made it a lot easier to navigate with small kids. It was also very hard to accommodate a pack and play in both the loft and the main bedroom. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with kids under the age of 6 or 7. The loft stairs are also incredibly steep so if you have a little one on the move you need to barricade the stairs haha. I only say these things to warn families with littles that it’s not great for small kids!
Overall it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed the fire pit both nights. The cabins come with a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and even a washer and dryer. The two negative notes I would mention are the heating system takes a LONG time to get going and when you arrive (if it’s a cold day) the cabin will be very cold for at least the first hour of your stay. Lastly, the shower water doesn’t get very hot which was weird because the sink water gets incredibly hot! Not sure if they have it capped at a lower temp but I would consider it warm not hot so if you’re a hot shower person this might disappoint!
We would stay again—without kids haha

We stayed in the RV section and loved the park
It was convenient to check in and out and the bathrooms were very nice and clean
The dog park/rec area was great as well
