The shades are just what we wanted. We are very happy with them. Everyone we worked with at DLUX Window Coverings was very nice. There were several issues and it did take quite a bit of time to get the project completed. We placed our order on May 3 and the job was finally completed on September 25.

Most reliable company we have worked with in Truckee. They are courteous, timely and a pleasure to work with. The blinds met all expectations. The measurements and order was placed quickly, blinds arrived early and installation was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Have used them for multiple separate window covering projects, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their products are top of the line, and you pay for it, but what you get and the quality of service is worth every penny!

Entire experience exceeded expectations. From the first visit when they measured, to the install date (which they installed 10 doors/windows in less than an hour). Everything fit great. They gave good recommendations, and in the end it all works great and looks good.

What a team! I was referred to Franki and she was amazing! I called right after Christmas and she had me on her schedule before the new year. She helped me pick out what we needed for our new mountain home. It has been great working with Franki and her team. My husband and I love how they turned out. Franki and her team are very efficient. They helped me take the stress out of getting window coverings during snow season and we love the finished product.

Franki and the entire DLUX team are amazing! They have been my go to for all our window covering needs (installs, repairs, etc.) and it's always a pleasure to work with them, not only are they responsive and efficient but the quality of the blinds and shades I just got installed are unmatched. Highly recommend and very thankful to have a Hunter-Douglas showroom right here in Truckee!

I used DLUX for two large (8ft x 6ft) elevated windows that I wanted motorized shades on. They did a fantastic job. Super easy to have them come by to quote and place the order, and then they came back an did a great job on the install. Super happy with the windows.

DLUX Window Coverings did a fantastic job of installing new window shades in our three bedrooms. They responded quickly, came out to measure promptly, and sent me suggestions and photos of appropriate shades and colors since we don't live in town. The shades are beautiful quality, and perfectly installed. So easy, reasonably priced, and wonderful communication. Thank you DLUX Window Coverings! Would use this company again anytime!!

Thrilled with the new Hunter Douglas window coverings! So easy to operate and it was the best solution: lite rise handles with top down/bottom up feature. So many options to choose from but Olivia & Franki were super helpful during the whole process.
