Discovery Preschool Upstairs

Schools
Discovery Preschool Upstairs is a well-equipped preschool with an excellent location that is very easy for drop off and pick up. It features a great enclosed outdoor playground. The school offers a unique, hands-on experience full of nature, fun events, and celebrated holidays, including special activities like a tie-dye day. Children go on fun local field trips and enjoy elements like a pet lizard. The teachers and staff are friendly, thoughtful, nice, hardworking, loving, and down-to-earth. They truly care about each and every student. The school understands that parents, as well as kids, need flexibility and understanding, especially through weather spells and child sicknesses. They embrace the concept that no two kids are the same and avoid a cookie-cutter template, not forcing all children to develop at the same rate or nap every day. This care and consideration is shown to both the children and their parents, which is a breath of fresh air. Many families looked long and hard for the right preschool in the area and found this was definitely the one, even staying on the waitlist for it. The owner and the director are noted for creating a warm feeling for teachers, parents, and students. They run a wonderful academic program. The preschool also offers the most reasonable prices. Delightful gifts that children make and bring home for the holidays are another sign they care about the whole picture. It is highly recommended as a place where children are in the best care possible.
