Rented a car from this place on a third party site for Friday through Sunday. I was quoted and charged for 2 days then after the weekend they charged me for a third day without telling me because you can’t return cars on the weekend. The person at the front desk didn’t tell me when I rented the car. Very suspect business practices.

If you are closed certain days, then put it on your website! clarify it on google, do not allow it to be chosen as a pick up day option. do not make your costumers drive in the snow, for an hour, just for us to get there and find out we are not getting the car we rented more than two weeks ago. what kind of treatment is this? is that how you treat your clients? not even the costumer support has the right information, not even your own employees.

I had made a reservation with this car rental company for my vacation, and I was extremely disappointed to find out that the location was closed on the day of my scheduled pick up. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress, as I had made plans around this rental car reservation. I immediately called the company's customer service line, hoping for some assistance, but to my dismay, the representative I spoke to was not helpful at all.The customer service representative was unapologetic and dismissive of my concerns. They did not offer any solutions or alternatives. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and it left a bad taste in my mouth since I had to drive and spend 2 hours to get to the office.Overall, I would not recommend this car rental company to anyone. The fact that they were closed on the day of pick up, coupled with their unhelpful customer service, made for a terrible experience that I would not want anyone else to go through.

Jaclynn and Todd were super helpful with handling a rental for an insurance claim. They helped get me just what I needed and arranged pick up and drop off during what was obviously a very busy morning for them. Thanks again guys!

We tried to rent a car twice for seven we had the reservation and when we arrived to the place they didn’t have the car! They are a disaster they have the worst attention

Todd and Jackie hooked me up with a car that helped me get back to SF after my car broke down in Truckee. Were so helpful and accommodating! Needed to change my drop off location to San Francisco instead of returning it to Truckee, and they were understanding and worked with me the whole time.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. This place is the worst. I made a reservation for a vehicle, received a confirmation email and as I was on the way to pick it up, I received a phone call that there were now no cars available for me. Nothing else, just no car now. The complete lack of concern or urgency to help was really appalling. Spend a few extra dollars and rent a vehicle from the next door neighbor Go Rentals, where you will receive excellent customer service and most likely a superior vehicle. I had been a frequent customer of Enterprise in the past, but this relationship is likely permanently severed.

For the second time in a row, National/Enterprise at the Truckee Airport left me and my colleagues stranded without a vehicle. The location uses lock boxes for picking up cars after hours, but for whatever reason they never actually *use* those lock boxes.I arrived at their office to pick up my car at 5:04pm and found the location locked with nobody inside. I knocked several times but nobody answered. They closed at 5pm supposedly.My reservation was originally for 3:30pm, but as often happens, I was delayed by 90 minutes. One would expect a customer-service based business to be proactive enough to understand that delays do happen and that perhaps they should leave my keys in the lockbox and send me an email with the box number and combination. But apparently, these people either weren't that intelligent or they just didn't give a damn. My guess, after talking with the smug fool who answered the phone the next morning and offered nothing more than empty excuses, is both. In speaking with a few people at the airport, I came to understand that this location is "notorious" for stranding their customers without a car. I will NEVER use this National/Enterprise location again. They are the worst of the worst. I'll gladly pay twice as much for GoRentals next time! At least they seem to value my business!

Rented from Enterprise before with no issues but this branch is complete garbage. First off, "we'll pick you up" doesn't apply here so don't don't even bother. Kind of hard to arrange a ride when they don't even answer the phone. I reserved a car from Thursday thru Monday, returned it on Friday afternoon and was charged thru Monday! Why? Because they're not open on the weekend. Yes, that's right - a rental car co. in a tourist area and they're not open on the weekend. Makes a lot of sense. I'll also mention that the car I picked up was dirty and had less than a quarter tank of gas. Complete junk show. Be sure to get a car in Reno and avoid these clowns.

Whoever hired & trained Jack & Todd deserves a flurry of back pats. Courteous, prompt and full of good advice about local restaurants. And when I asked on short notice for our car to be delivered earlier than planned, they jumped right on it. Definitely value-added! Thank-you!

Absolutely atrocious. Call Centre said without a credit card, I'm Australian, I could print off my car insurance in Australia and my cell bill plus I have a passport and drivers license. Arrived at Truckee to be told no, this will not happen. Both young men could not have cared less. No suggestions, just shrugged their shoulders. I have accommodation booked in Napa which I now have to cancel. There has to be a better way of doing business. I am so upset.

Super impressed.. not only did the workers take care of me there they were professional and courteous.. the real shock was when I returned car during the weekend I locked my beats headphones in the car.. before I could call when they were open they called me and let me know what they found.. then they sent them to my house and added a chocolate.. good stuff

My rental car needs were met and exceeded.
