Simply the best workout studio! All the instructors are so knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming. Best part of doing pilates here is that I can trust the instructors to give me modifications that work for my body, and feel safe pushing myself to the limit without the fear of injury. One year of consistent pilates at Liv have transformed my body. I love this place!!!

Kelley and ALL of her instructors are the best! Love the Pilates, Body Pump, Body Combat, RPM, well.... I think all of it, really. You can't go wrong!

A super Pilates studio! 6 reformers and great teachers! Kelly and Genieuse are my favorite! Really I tuned with what the class needs. Only issue is the classes are booked a week or more out!

LIV is such a positive uplifting place to workout! I feel so much motivation from the instructors and the community is very welcoming! I cannot recommend LIV more, it is absolutely the best for group fitness classes in my opinion!!

I love this studio! Why? The community is strong. The vibe is over the top positive. Every instructor gives you there full attention, and gives ? percent to push you. The classes are fun with good music and the energy from the person next to you will push you to keep going. If you want to have fun and enjoy your workout come play here!! My favorite classes are body combat kickboxing ( high energy) and body pump with weights ( metabolism booster and muscle builder)!! I also just tried the core class which was a killer oblique burner!!
