This is a nice small campground near Martis Reservoir outside of Truckee. You are near the airport and the train tracks. And you can expect to hear some noise from those places.
The upside is the convenience of being close to Truckee and interstate 80. And just over the Brockway Summit from Tahoe's northshore.

Some spots are good while others not so good. The space I had #9 not good for tenters -no level ground anywhere. I would say if you RV it it would be bad too as you would have to park and set up your RV on the campground access road. There were other spot that were perfect though. I won’t do #9 again.

Fantastic camp grounds. Well maintained. Great natural resources and adventure + close to town. Phenomenal value for the money!
