I was traveling with my daughter & had car problems 160 miles away from home. I had to pay a tow truck to tow my car to the nearest shop so I was stranded. I booked a car online & called and they sent a female employee to get us. We headed back to the car lot & she had me sign documents and pay using a tablet. She kept saying they had "terrible service" etc. Anyway, my card doesn't go through. Apparently they can only run it once?? The tablet won't let them run it again?? The money was definitely in my account. So I use a second card. That doesn't work either. It's now 5pm. This woman says "I'm sorry" and just leaves me and my daughter stranded on a sidewalk in 50 Degree weather with our luggage because THEIR tablet didn't work & THEIR WiFi was bad. We walked over a mile, on the freeway, with our luggage to the nearest hotel where Low and behold, my credit card WORKED! Who does that to someone in general, let alone a business?'! This place is horrendous.

I've been a premium member for years and a land owner at Tahoe for as long. I showed up at Truckee after booking my reservation months in advance. They had no reservation and no car. It left me stranded. My only option was a $300 a day rental from the place next door. Jacqueline's attitude at Enterprise was "No my problem." I asked to talk with the manager who was of course on vacation for 5 days.Skip this place the service is terrible.

We rented a minivan from enterprise for our family vacation. The van was in great condition, comfortable, clean and great technology! Todd helped us get everything we needed and was so knowledgeable and friendly! This is a great location.

Rented a car from this place on a third party site for Friday through Sunday. I was quoted and charged for 2 days then after the weekend they charged me for a third day without telling me because you can’t return cars on the weekend. The person at the front desk didn’t tell me when I rented the car. Very suspect business practices

The level of customer service provided at this enterprise branch far exceeds other enterprise branches I've been to. Todd listened mindfully to my customer needs and provided an incredibly prompt solution to my issue. Will for sure remain a customer because this was the best customer experience I've ever received from a rental car agency.

Great experience. I had some concerns using the overnight drop on the weekend where did it be charged for extra days. But I wasn't. Thank you I got a cool ride too!

For the second time in a row, National/Enterprise at the Truckee Airport left me and my colleagues stranded without a vehicle. The location uses lock boxes for picking up cars after hours, but for whatever reason they never actually *use* those lock boxes.I arrived at their office to pick up my car at 5:04pm and found the location locked with nobody inside. I knocked several times but nobody answered. They closed at 5pm supposedly.My reservation was originally for 3:30pm, but as often happens, I was delayed by 90 minutes. One would expect a customer-service based business to be proactive enough to understand that delays do happen and that perhaps they should leave my keys in the lockbox and send me an email with the box number and combination. But apparently, these people either weren't that intelligent or they just didn't give a damn. My guess, after talking with the smug fool who answered the phone the next morning and offered nothing more than empty excuses, is both. In speaking with a few people at the airport, I came to understand that this location is "notorious" for stranding their customers without a car. I will NEVER use this National/Enterprise location again. They are the worst of the worst. I'll gladly pay twice as much for GoRentals next time! At least they seem to value my business!

Whoever hired & trained Jack & Todd deserves a flurry of back pats. Courteous, prompt and full of good advice about local restaurants. And when I asked on short notice for our car to be delivered earlier than planned, they jumped right on it. Definitely value-added! Thank-you!
