The service was excellent not only did they sell me the right lightbulbs to put in my blinker and low beam but the assistant manager was so kind he actually installed it. I haven't had service this good since the 80s.

Very helpful crew. Cody Milne helped me patch a tire in the snow after selling me the repair kit. He pulled a crooked chain link out of the tire and made sure the car was drivable. Went to the repair shop in the morning and they said Cody had it covered. No other patching needed.

We came in not knowing our exact issue. Jeff was able to talk with us through the error reading that we received. He really was there for us, offering tools and anything else we needed while we remedied our issue.If every O’Reilly had one Jeff, the world would be a better place.

I went to get a new headlight bulb, Chris was very helpful and waiting to assist me the minute I walked in. I then proceeded to drop the cover down into the wheel well. When I asked for help, Matt jumped at the opportunity to come assist me. Working to locate the part and fish it out at no additional cost. Excellent customer service.

I’ve been here several times and I’m always sincerely helped by their staff. They provide the most competent and respectful service of any auto parts store I’ve been to and are by far the best in Truckee or the Tahoe basin. Jeff recently went above and beyond to help me get the correct part fitted for my vehicle.

We were traveling and my battery wouldn't charge and gave me a host of other problems as a result. James helped me with my options and installed the battery for me. He found some cracked hoses while he was installing and walked me through what errors I might get and how to fix them if they occurred while we tried to make it home. He got me back on the road! Thanks, O'Reilly!
