Very bad internet service, I would say terrible service, my service is cut off all day every day and I have already reported it and it has been totally in vain without a solution. ??

Maybe I've just been lucky, but have had pretty great service in Truckee with Sudden Link/Optimum. Internet is fast and they come when they say they will. There is the occasional outage due to storms, but I get text messages that keep me updated and it goes back up pretty quickly.

Absolute AWFUL! If you have the option, would strongly suggest you spend your money/time ANYWHERE else. Terrible customer service and product. The woman working at the front counter was extremely condescending and had no interest in providing customer service. Not to mention, the product offered is shockingly outdated
