Not good. Seems like it has potential, or was great 3 years ago, but the JV team must have been working. Food didn't taste fresh and coffee was sub par.

Paleo Bowl with poached egg instead of chicken was really fresh and delicious and the cappuccino was right up there with the best I've had

The instructors are professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to giving you an awesome total workout. Everyone will find benefits from any of classes, whether you are at the top of your game, nursing an injury, or just want to maintain your health.

Really love the energy and positivity the teachers bring to the studio and their classes. They are very knowledgeable and amazing teachers. Studio is bright, clean and beautiful. LOVE the Barre classes.

I love the energy at this studio! It is a happy place for me to go work my body, super clean and feel good, all important to me that the energy of a studio be a high vibe and clean! I just tried TRX and love it!! Can't wait to see the results of TRX on my body.

Bar is my "go to" work out.. Fast paced, fun, bang for your buck.. Instructors are knowledgable and keep us in the proper position for best results... Having a firm/fit body is important to me for my appearance, overall well being, not to mention, skiing, golf, and swimming.. I'm so grateful that I found Bar when I was in need of a personal trainer to rebuild my thigh after a spell of a bulging disc.. It fit the bill and I've exceeded my goals.. I would and do recommend Bar anyone seeking a better body!

Don't be scared of a challenging class. This is one that will make you feel the burn and that's why you work out right! Get in the mood to feel and look great after putting some time in at The Bar Effect. Also for you guys out there, you can really benefit from this work out. Don't think you're too good for it or it's just for women. The Bar Effect also offers TRX classes.
