Really nice people and a decent backyard to sit in but the wine didn't stand out. The Grigio was poured out and the reds just tasted young. Their best Pinot wasn't bad and I'd have bought some at 50.00 but not 77.00.

Truckee River Winery is a boutique winery located in the town of Truckee, California, in the North Lake Tahoe.It's known for producing a variety of wines, often sourced from local vineyards in the Sierra Foothills and surrounding areas.They have a small gift shop, overall it's a cute winery for a quick wine tasting!

Tom was awesome!!! Super friendly and helpful! The wines are great and it's an awesome place to sit and relax for a bit. Left with several bottles of the Romato which is a new varietal to me. I'll definitely be back!

Great experience for a great price! Only $25 and you get 6 tastings (big pours) with a souvenir glass. Property is really nice and the staff is so friendly. Will come back any time I visit Truckee!

Nate (our server) was great! We had a group of 6 celebrating my cousin's birthday. We each did the flight of 6. Nate was on the ball the whole time, filling us up just as the cup ranneth dry. Thank you, Nate!

Perfect way to spend a week day . We did the 6 wines tasting and it was great . Staff was great and atmosphere was also nice and relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. I work in the wine and spirits industry and thought all the wines tasted were quality . Very impressed.

Sipping wine in the summer as a gentle breeze blows on their gorgeous patio makes for a perfect Saturday. Tom is an excellent guide through 6 fabulous wine tastings for $25 and you get a glass to take home. Dog friendly our pup enjoyed the day as well. Of course we couldn't leave without taking home a few of of our favorite wines with a great discount for every two bottles you buy. Great outing for friends, couples as well as locals or out of town guests.

Enjoyed our visit with Tom, he gave such great service.He thoroughly explained each wine to us and gave us a private tour of the barn cellar.We are normally red wine lovers but loved the white wines, they were unlike conventional wines on the market. For the tasting, we upgraded our tasting to 6 tastings. And ended up leaving with two bottles of Pinot Grigio.It's kind of hard to find so I uploaded pictures of what to look for.

Paul helped me in a pinch! He was able to fit me into a short window of time, on tax filing day!!! Not only did he do this for me but he was professional, courteous, and effective!!

Completely surpassed our expectations! We had the best time and can't say enough about the service. The associate was kind and educational and made sure we had everything we needed for our bachelorette celebration. You get such a peaceful experience for a great price. Must do!!
