Showed up at the Truckee store today with a broken phone. I was quite stressed out because I own my own business and have children so need to be available at all times. The associate helped me find the best possible deal and I walked out of the store with a new phone and a new tablet! I wad reconnected before lunch. I've always had great service at this store and it will always be my go to.

When I went in today they had my phone and the staff to set it up. Good experience. Business manager was helpful, talkative and entertaining.

I was severely swindled by this store. Omar convinced me to change my account from a personal account to a business account, promising that the cost would stay the same. But then my bill nearly doubled because he didn't retain my device credits. I've spent countless hours both in the store and on the phone with Verizon customer service -- also a nightmare -- and no one will remedy the situation. Steer clear of this place! I've never felt so bamboozled in my life.

I've been in here a dozen times over the last 7 years. For various reasons my experience is ALWAYS a nightmare. I'm currently left without cell service overnight because an employee took my old sim card without activating the one he gave me. The store was chaotic and understaffed (not the employees fault), but I've literally never had a good experience in this building
