Went to deposit money, just moved to town, and both atms down and learned of their horrid hrs, 9-1pm. This is ridiculous for a national bank to have these faults. Makes switching banks a lot more appealing, and all I had was an ATM in my last town.

There always closed. 2 inches of snow and they close. Why are all the other banks open?

092622-c98735f977bbWells Fargo racist teller/manager at Truckee, Ca location 9/26/22 at 11:03amI just witnessed the following at 11:03am at the truckee well Fargo site.I Hispanic man In front of me in a construction t shirt... asked the teller/manager to withdrawal $15k. The teller then held up the line for about 10min not saying a word, before asking him to provide the following:1. Proof of employment. 2. His social security car3. She then asked him what do you do for a living ?!He then said.... I don't have to tell you what I do, it's non of your business.... He then said, You are being racist and I want to close my account NOW.... I want ALL of my money in my account now and please close my account. She then said... I won't do that, and you can call customer service to close your account. She literally refused to give the guy ANY amount of money from his account!!!!! After witnessing this blatant racial profiling and horrific treatment & customer service to the customer in front of me.... I told the man to tell her he is retired and does NOT need to show her any of that information to withdraw his money.I then called Wells Fargo 1-800 customer service myself and confirmed the following: 1. NO Wells Fargo customer needs to provide prods of employment to a teller/manager to withy ANY amount of cash from their account. 2. NO Wells Fargo customer needs to provide a social security card when withdrawing money from their account.3. There is NO limit to a cash withdraw from inside a bank with a teller. After confirming this info..... I then immediately filed a formal racist complaint again that teller/manager at 11:45am. Complaint number is #092622-c98735f977bb F*** racism.

They are constantly closed during their stated business hours. If you're not gonna be open at least change your business hours on Google so you don't make people waste their time coming here!

Opens at 9, and it’s almost 930 and still not open. Not even a courtesy to let us know when they literally see us waiting here. No excuses, customer service should count for something.

Banks always get a bad rap but I've been here a few times in the last month to deposit money and get an account set up, and all the staff have been nice and helpful to me and each other.

Closed on random week days all the time with a sign that says “just visit us in incline” as if it’s not an hour away. Worst location I’ve ever dealt with.

I have been going to this branch for almost 12 years. It used to be a good bank. I don’t know what has happened but it is rarely open when I visit now. Even during their stated business hours. If you need a bank with reliable hours and don’t want to show up on a Wednesday afternoon to an 8.5x11 sharpie note saying “Sorry we’re closed today.” taped to the inside of the window; I would choose a different bank.

My local branch closed a month ago, so this review is about my last experience with WF. Called to end unauthorized recurring payment from Amazon. I'll condense the rest of the 44 min convo. "Nope. We can't do it. I've been a customer for 22 years I'd like to put a stop/hold on my account. I understand sir and thank you so much for your patience unfortunately some payments may be unable to be stopped. Why? You're the bank. Stop payments on my account. I understand your frustration sir. Fine, I've received fraudulent activity on my account and my card was stolen. You must come into a branch to close your account. I drive 35 miles to nearest open branch. Sir I can't close your account You'll have to schedule appt. I point to obvious manager. Is that the manager. Yes. Can I talk to her? 20 min later I close 3 accounts I've had longer than any employee there has been alive and go to the cashier with the cashier's check the manager issued me 60 seconds and 15ft away. I give her my passport (transparency I lost my wallet) and she asks me for a second form of ID: So I can tell you an out of state library card, a $5 voucher from a hardware store, and a gift certificate for a massage constitute fraud protection at Wells Fargo, but your passport by itself will not allow you access to your funds.

They are closed during business hours again. They are always understaffed and overworked. Their bankers and tellers are SUPER NICE. I would never work for this location.

Extremely poor handling of Covid 19 Payment Protection application submissions communicating back with consumers whether or not their application has been processed on their end. Customer service is not informed with no other service reps to look into application status. Very poor handling by a major institution - yet again failure of executive leadership leaving small business consumers like myself vulnerable. I will take my business to a smaller, regional bank/institution going forward.
