After the repair was done he was going to charge me 0 though I insisted I pay something for their quick attention and generosity. I highly recommend working with people like this. He even drove 1.5 hours in traffic to get the part for me, made sure to check my tires and put them on the correct side of the car (front/back) and made sure to get the nicer of the two parts he could pick from. “I met John exactly 12 years ago in a moment of desperation, my car had just broke down down the road. I was walking to find an auto shop , and destiny brought me to TNH and John. I'll never forget that day, John was very kind. Honest and helpful. He found what was wrong with my car and fixed it. He could easily have added a ton of other things to upsell me, but he didnt. He told me what exactly was wrong and exactly what my car needed. That first impression left a mark on me. Since then I have gone to John TNH for whatever my cars have needed. Oils changes, transmission work, belts and timing belts, tune ups, sensors, A.C issues with my cars and also suspension issues, John has worked on everything. Even for advise on how to do work on my cars on my own I have gone and asked John. Hes always been there for any question I've had. It's hard to find people like John , specially in this field. I'm thankful I met John, there is no one I would trust more than John working on my cars. John is an awesome trustworthy person (AMAZING MECHANIC) who I recommend to anyone having automobile issues.
