“Just wanted to leave a review about how great these people are.
I recently broke down on the side of the road because my battery died. I was about a mile away from this business. My girl had called roadside assistance but it was taking at that point over 3 hours for them to dispatch to me and I had a very important meeting to get to.
So I decided to walk down the street to find something to eat, and came across this business. I walked up and offered 30 dollars for someone to jump my car. They immediately agreed to help. They grabbed there jumper cables and drove me back to my car to help me jump my car. Right at that moment road side assistance finally pulled up. So I told them thank you and offered to pay them the 30 dollars for helping me. And they refused to take my payment!! Told me don't worry about it! They where glad to help and to have a great day!
It's hard to find people like this in this world and I know there character as humans only reflects the kind of work they do as a business! Cool down to earth people.

After the repair was done he was going to charge me 0 though I insisted I pay something for their quick attention and generosity. I highly recommend working with people like this. “Both Alex and Martha (his right hand 'man') know their mechanical stuff. I took my Jeep in with a clicking noise coming from the rear passenger side. I was expecting to hear something like - bearing or U joint is bad, and to pay a big chunk of money to repair it. I got a call back the following day from Martha who reported that Alex had found that a bolt from the wheel spacer had come off and was bouncing around inside the wheel causing the noise. When I picked up the Jeep, he wouldn't take my money! An honest and kind auto mechanic - an oxymoron, but he exsists!”

“My hybrid car showed a serious error Thursday. The problem was the hybrid battery. This is a 1-man shop run by an experienced mechanic. He plugged into my ODB2 port and confirmed the battery problem. He didn't charge for checking it out. He told me that I have a few weeks until the battery dies completely. He doesn't normally do battery swaps since he doesnxt have an established source. I'll be getting a refurbished battery installed elsewhere.”
“Vahe and the KSD Auto Body shop team were absolutely amazing!! My car was backed into in a parking lot by a commercial truck at the beginning of September 2025, and after months of back and forth with the insurance company, we finally were able to bring it to a shop and KSD was recommended to us by a trusted professional. From the time I first called until the time I picked up my car after the repair, Vahe went above and beyond for my family and our beloved car. After dropping the car off for their initial inspection, and Vahe sending that report to the insurance company, the insurance company tried to total my car (Saying the damage was $22,000 so it was above that threshold of what they could repair) and gave us this assessment right before they closed on a Friday. I had a small dent in the back corner, and the car had just been maintanced a month prior, so we knew it was absolutely not totaled. We argued with the insurance company but they weren't budging and stuck firm with their assessment. We called Vahe and he was able to send us his report and when we opened the email it said $10,300. The insurance company had more than doubled the total cost of repairs, and after a weekend of texting back and forth with Vahe where he gave us tons of information, explained laws around totaling cars, and was more than available to us for any questions we had, I went into a conversation with the insurance company Monday morning confident. And I was able to talk to the manager of the field assessor and they immediately agreed to do the repairs at the estimate Vahe had prepared and sent to them. If it was not for Vahe being so kind and helpful, I definitely wouldn't have been able to fight back against the insurance company as easily as I did. I am endlessly thankful and appreciative of Vahe and his team for not only taking such great care of our car and doing an impeccable job on the repair (and even repairing a slight paint scuff on the front of my car totally on his own and for free) but also Vahe being a great guy and running an honest business. We can't say thank you enough, and we will definitely be recommending his shop to anyone and everyone!”
