I came to this place in order to buy some stuff, inside was the Employees CODY and ANGEL, who both game the Perfect Customer Service... I really appreciate the way they responded, not just for me, but to everyone....
All the time they would smile as they responded to the Customers....

Tried to make a return on an item that I ordered through same day delivery, but the driver did not give me a receipt. I showed the workers the confirmation email as that was all I had. 2 workers who tried to help were nice, but they couldn’t find my order so the manager, Juan took over. He was not friendly at all and kept telling me I was showing him the wrong email since it had no barcode. That was the only email I got. He also kept telling me I didn’t receive the item from that store when the email clearly shows that address. He was just very rude and dismissive the entire time.

Always horrible customer service. Slow checkout, if it's not in the computer don't expect any correct knowledge. Lazy staff and poor management that lets them get away with it.

This location has failed its community members by allowing their customers to be brutally attacked in their parking lot area. Do not come to this location or support this business as they feel it is okay to allow transients and drug dealers to run wild on their property.

I went to the store in Tujunga and spoke to a person on a counter an ask about my brakes for 2002 Chevy Avalanche and by him asking me about my personal info he found it in my warranty and was able to save me $86.70. Friendly staff and willing to help anyone.
