the lady Annie (long hair), was very rude, she does not have any professional etiquette while dealing with clients. Maybe change your attitude and you'll be good. So the zero star is for her being unprofessional and rude.

I didn't have an appointment but had an urgent situation. The person who's checking everyone in told me they were all booked. But the lady in the office helped me. I think she might be the manager. She was absolutely helpful!! Although she had many other things to take care of, she made sure my problems was solved before she left. Come to this branch if you are looking for a good customer service.

The Tujunga branch of chase has a new manager who is rude, impolite and uncaring of customers. He yelled at a lady who was by he entrance talking on the phone a bit loud. He threatened her to refuse to let her in if she continued to speak loud on the phone by the bank entrance. The lady moved to the side of the doors & still he told her that it was to close to the entrance and to hang up or leave the area. I was sitting in the car waiting for my brother & couldn't believe it. Who the heck this fool think he is, the owner of the bank? UNBELIEVABLE Where did they found this unmannered idiot ? Don't use Chase in Tujunga they don't care about people.

They for what ever reason don't have many bankers, and you have to make an appointment that doesn't have any openings till 20 days from now you! Then you can't cash a check over $2500 if you don't have an account there, I just want to give you a little perspective, $2500 today buys what $900 bought 10 years ago. Then to add insult to injury, I couldn't even open a checking account online because of a glitch due to me having a credit card with them. Wow, disgraceful to potential new customers.

I have been with chase before it was chase great bank .But I wish i never have to ever wait in line to see the teller they have 1 teller working 4 people waiting in line mind you the rest of the bank is empty I don't understand why they don't open a 2nd window waiting in line for 15 min is not what I had in mind.

Every time I come here there is always a long line. I have figured out how to do online baking and transfers so I don't have to come visit this branch. They only ever have only 2 tellers open. They leave the middle one closed cus of COVID. I don't recommend coming here unless you have a least half an hour.

Even though the bank gave us a headache, stress and sleepless nights, the Manager of the Branch, Lucy, and Sabrina, in personal accounts, did a terrific job fighting for our rights. They went out of their way to provide us with the customer service any customer deserves and more. They opened a new account and took care of the problems we were encountering. I bet they felt the same relief when everything was cleared. We are so relieved that the problem is solved and our lives are back to normal. Special thanks to Lucy, Sabrina and Fuschan for an exceptional job they did.

Banking with Chase is a solid choice, but this branch is very unprofessional. I set up an appointment 3 times to start a business account. This branch cancelled my appointment without notice. And when I showed up the last time for my appointment, Teny Abrahamian was the least interested in supporting me. She told me I never made any appointments and to go to another branch. No solutions were offered, and neither did she offer setting up another appointment for me. The attitude was unsolicited especially with the patience I’ve had. Although I’ve lived in Sunland-Tujunga my entire life and I’d like to support my hometown branch, I recommended that you go the Santa Clarita Branch. They took care of my needs in a professional manner!

I was trying to get a debit card from this place and the man made us sat there fir an hour giving our info and later tell me I need a receipt that I lived in my home even though we brought two forms of ID. I went to another and all I needed were those forms and just an email stating the school. I don't recommend coming here at all if you need services.

Super slow service at this branch. One teller is simply not going to be able to keep customers going in and out in a timely fashion .

I have been treated very well any time I have been there.They are the best. I even closed my account at the other big bank and moved most of it to this branch. Fushun goes out of his way to help you.The tellers are vey polite and nice.The bank manager always acknowledges me and others by their names.
