On June 29, 2022, I was referred to Rich at Clutch Mastors without looking at the reviews(God knows I wish I had). By July 1, 2022 I returned my jeep because the work that Gus and his worker did completely damaged my jeep. My jeep had zip ties all under it. They were suppose to change the trans lines, replace rear Trans seal and engine seal to stop the oil leak. Gus totally denies everything of how he recked my jeep!!! Now my jeep is completely undriveable!! Gus refuses to pay for the damages. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE AT ALL PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE !!!

Went in to check why my car was cranking and not starting and left it there and got a call the next day saying they were gonna work on it and it was gonna cost $500 to replace the fuel pump( which wasn't the issue). When I called them back they had already started even though I never gave them the green light, I told them that I only wanted a check up so they started to put everything back together and it would cost me 90$ just for looking at it. I picked it up later that day and changed the fuel pump myself which didn't even fix the problem. I ended up going to another mechanic and they found the problem in under 3 hours. It only cost me 150$ from them and they fixed the problem.Service: Auto maintenance

Stay away from this place, very shady Gus Lopez, overpriced the only part needed for triple the price and tried to stick me with unneeded battery when I knew I had a new one, claimed he replaced a part but could not provide the old part replaced, just cleared the engine light, this is so unprofessional and gives descent mechanics a bad rap.

Clutch did not last 7k miles, I am not the only one. Certainly do not recommend to anyone. Claimed to be an install error from precision dynamics. Others also installed at well known shop. They fail to understand something is wrong with there product. This company does not care about you as a customer they are only looking to make a bucks and leave you hanging.

There are theifs! dont go to this disorganized establishment. They Never follow up, when you call no one ever answers. I sent my girlfriend to get her overheating issue checked out the manger said it was 75 dollars to check the car out. They took 3 days to get back to us and they fixed the car without asking us if we wanted to do it they stole 250 dollars to replace a 5 dollar part. I'll never use these guys again.
