I understand locking all the cosmetic items due to theft but if there's no other worker to be found in the store besides the cashier? I don't understand why they wouldn't change the cosmetic location from the hidden side corner to the middle, where it's more out in the open. Can't explain how many times I've walked out because there was nobody to help.

I've been dealing with them for months. They purposely make it difficult for you to refill an authorized prescription, cancel your delivery without explanation, then gave me the wrong dosage. They want to be so bad so customers will switch to a different pharmacy do they will have less work to do.

Horrible management.....lazy manager wouldn't override. Simple coupon .... " call the 1800 number and ask them ?" Girl ....for a 10$ coupon you can override ? Isn't that why we pay management to help customers in store ?

Terrible service. The pharmacist Liz was extremely rude to me and my husband and when I called her on it, she told me that we can go somewhere else. I asked her for her last name and she wouldn't give it to me. I understand that there are policies and procedures in place and you have to abide by them, but to be rude to the customers is another. My Doctor's office called me to tell me that they had called the pharmacy to clear things up and they said that Liz was rude to them too. CVS company need to be aware of what's happening and fix it. This poor service is totally unacceptable!!!

Shame on them. The pharmacist doesn't have the knowledge! I have one month supply after that definitely I'm changing my pharmacy. Btw be careful they kept charging me extra when I have my insurance!!!

Hi, just a point of view. I have had my prescriptions filled here for many years, as well as my spouse. I had belonged to their care pass subscription in order to save money. A lot of health care needs were purchased there. I have so many items under the cvs brand. I now because of the unpersonal,un caring, unprofes9i3i93ji4sional assistance from the staff in the pharmacy department I have vowed never to step foot in a cvs again. We were lied to about our prescriptions, one particular pharmacist seems to actually enjoy withholding or prolonging me obtaining desperately needed medication. So I am happy to say the services I now get at Sav on has no comparison to cvs. So fyi avoid the tujunga cvs .

What's wrong with this place, definitely it's manager fault, why they gave not mixed medication to my toddler, if the manager cannot have enough check and balances in place to make sure to release correct medication out of pharmacy. Wake up and if you cannot do ur duties resign and find a job that suits you. What if you give wrong medication, while you are sleeping and not taking care for what you are paying for.Not recommended at all, I will bring this to corporate level to make sure they think and change the procedure.By the way this is not a first issue.

I did not expect the kind of service from the Pharmacy team staff on my visit today at their Tujunga branch. I was very disappointed having spent at least an hour for picking up one medicine. I have to pursue my complaint in their Customer Service.

ZERO STARS. THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE! I recently moved and they refuse to fill two of my prescriptions. All of my prescriptions are written by the same doctor I have seen for 15 years and for the past 6 years the CVS where I used to live had no problem filling them for me. I understand that these medications are highly regulated because of the potential for abuse, but If my doctor is prescribing it to me, it's because I need it and the pharmacist has no business interfering with my health care.

Marietta the manager basically stole my make-up bag because she thought that the tan mit in my hand at check out was stolen from her store. I explained to her that the item was mine and was in my hands when I walked in. After being aggressive, extremely pushy and humiliating me infront of eveyone in the store, she acted like she did not have my makeup bag and had no intention of helping me locate it. the worst part is that I believe they found it while I was still there and didn't return it to me. Rude Armenian lady, i pray for her and whatever she has going on in her life but this is not any way to treat customers when your the manager.your setting a bad example!!!

We had to get a covid test for travel. Setting up the appointment online was easy. We needed to complete the test and have results within 72 hours. Our travel date was Sunday at 10am so made an appt on Thursday at 3pm. They provide drive thru testing. We got there on time. The drive thru line wasn't long (maybe three cars) but it wasn't moving. Apparently the car ahead was testing 5ppl in it...but now sure why it would take like 30min for them. When we got to front, we needed to self administer the test (a video is provided and emailed/texted when you set up an appointment). Covid testing is only nasal PCR. It's pretty easy to do but I always wonder if there's any user error when collecting your own nasal sample. We got results back on Friday at 3pm which was fantastic!!... we were somewhat stressed on whether we would get it on time as CVS instructions says turn around time results vary between 2-5days We actually was so stressed about getting results on time that we made another covid testing at a Curative testing site on Friday at 10am. We had experience with this company and getting results within 24-48hrs. However this time we didn't get results until sunday at 10pm!!

F*** this pharmacy. My kid just got out of surgery & they didn't want to fill a prescription because he's a minor. The order form said call the dr. They didn't want to do that. So after calling the surgeon/dr. They talked but the pharmacist still didn't want to fill the meds. Dude. He just got out of surgery. It's for medical help & infections. F*** this town this cvs pharmacy. F*** the stupid pharmacist dickface Don't come here. Go somewhere else. Hell even go to Tijuana better !
