Great store, great service. Store Manager Kelly always took the time to help me, or just asked how my puppy was doing. Unfortunately after 4+ years of knowing her, she no longer works there. Great loss harbor freight.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Wide selection of products. I always shop here for plants to start my garden. I have bought paint, gas grill, lighting, materials for craft projects, recently replacement screws for a bed frame.

Love this place! Better selection for what I need than home depot or ace. Good prices, nice service every time I've been.

Great place for all your construction, DIY, plumbing and everyday around the house fixes as well as gardening and landscaping materials and outdoor furniture and accessories. Large lumber, hardware and paint department.

I live closest to Ace Hardware and yet bypass Ace as often as possible to shop at the DIY Center. They usually have everything I need and I don't have to go through the "points program " harassment in the check out line that Ace forces their employees to conduct with every customer. If you want to get in and out with the minimum of effort I highly recommend the DIY home center.

I didn't find the bulbs I wanted. DYI owned Virgils, the hardware store that closed in Glendale. I think it was named Virgils. It's always a fun store to visit because of the items for the house. Cute things!

Very neat store, but poor customer service. Maybe it's because they are young(er) men but no one offered to help me as I struggled to grab a bag of very heavy mulch. I asked about the carts and one young man with glasses kind of smirked while the other nodded towards the large flatbed carts. Not a good experience for a Sunday afternoon! I find Lowes in Burbank to have the friendliest employees and greatest selection.

While my DIY needs are quite limited, this is my local store and my first port of call for anything.- propane, the odd bolt/screw, tin of paint and recently a whole patio set. I really rate the customer service here very highly indeed. Every time I've shopped here (which at this point is dozens of times) someone has been able to help me and been pleasant to deal with. They may not have the inventory of the big stores but the customer experience is infinitely better. L

Robert was very kind and also knowledgeable about paint. I wanted to add a polyurethane coating to my painted furniture, but he told me that it would end up cracking. Glad I didn't do that. Great service! Love this place and it's also very clean.

I went in to the store to buy some paint and one wasn’t fastened well. The whole store was nice about it and they came out to clean my car up but they also damaged some of my property including a 130 dollar cargo cover my daughters shoes her stuffed animal and my phone cover. They didn’t offer to replace my stuff, they gave my daughter a bag of chips and said sorry and when I called to speak to the manager Victoria she made me feel like a crazy person for even implying they should replace it. She gave the cargo cover back to me saying it was perfect and it’s still covered in paint and damaged from the cleaners now.

I have recently had to pay to replace the damaged cargo cover with no offer of reimbursement from the company.

So nice going to a home improvement store, that's not H.D . No big lines or crowded aisles. Helpful and courteous staff.
