Therefor, When it comes to my own home, I like to mix pricey art/decor with great deals I find here and it gives me a ton of satisfaction to see the juxtaposition of it all & happy to know I am not being ripped off.This Dollar king is my 'go to' when Im bored and looking for gems. The prices vary as its not one dollar but still awesome deals and most of the product seems brand named and overstocked. Today I found a SUPER CUTE lamp shade for only 2 dollars...Fabric!They have really pretty glassware (their carafe's look so expensive), holiday decor (Easter threw up in aisle 6) and essential product like sponges, baking soda, plastic cat toys, etc.The employees are always very professional and the line moves quicker than my ex's new girlfriend.I walk in wanting a few items and leave with bag full of stuff. Love!”
“I'm impressed- a lot of items you won't find in a Dollar Tree- yarn, a large selection of acrylic paints, name brand products (I picked up a small bottle of Clorex brand bleach & saw Fabreeze, Tide, Dove on the shelves). But, be careful; there are many items- like the Fabreeze, Tide & Dove- that are priced higher than $1.51, but they do have big neon price stickers on them indicating the price. Also, store is well organized & fairly clean & employees actually pick up the phone! Also- the website is pretty good to get an idea of what they have in inventory (just know that prices- especially of anything listed at $1.99 may be lower in-store).”

“This was a quick stop for some odds and ends which also proved to have been very interesting. I'm pretty sure that most frequent shoppers have found that the average item sold at these stores no longer cost 99 cents. In fact the average cost per item these days are between $1.49 and $1.99 depending on the item. It certainly isn't what it once was some 3-5yrs ago. Perhaps they should consider rebranding them as "THE TWO-DOLLAR STORE"!”

“I've shopped here since opening. So let me give you all a REAL REVIEW because I'm tired. In the beginning it was a work in progress as any store would be on a small scale, but they've vastly improved. My grandfather being one of the biggest critics wherever he would go. Management sucked, you couldn't even walk down the aisles because products were on the floor, spills, us as customer tossing shit, management didn't care, staff was overworked and didn't care either. I had one tell me once to please make a complaint because no one would listen to them. Fast forward now & I can say management is top tier and a HUGE difference from years ago..given the size of the store. They're all are super helpful, on top of things and educated on their products. The cashiers I've dealt with have practiced efficiency and are polite when dealing with getting you in and out. I've seen some customers be super nasty, I get it, but it's not hard to be nice people. I've also seen an upgrade with their checkout machines too. I've worked with terminal systems and to let shoppers know....That technology doesn't mean fast or efficient. I've worked with the machines you swipe your cards on for over a decade. So don't bash the employees. All machines can take a crap, like your phones, internet, computers, it's not a magic wand. Also, I just came back from out of state and if you think this store is bad? You'd cry and kick yourself at the ones I've seen. The employees won't even bother to know you exist aside from cash, card and gtfo. The selection you find in this store is not going to have everything you see on tiktok or YouTube let be honest...it's a small store BUT as a weekly shopper you will find GREAT PRODUCTS! I've found items you will find at another grocery/retail store that you might as well sell your soul for. Literally! Any real coupon/bargain shopper in California will know exactly what I'm talking about. You get more bang for your buck here and the generic brands actually work hell of a lot better than name brands. Just saying you can't beat the prices or value. Also this is why you guys don't see the products and the fact it looks empty. Check the time of the week you go in because I've seen people buy in bulk the items they want and know will fly off the shelf. Me being one of them. As far as the parking situation I've seen this too many times. There are clear signs that let you know when and where to park. Chipotle has been doing this too next door. The court house down the street too. Cars getting towed is not anything new people! I've seen them place signs to let y'all know not to park there and most of you people complaining I've seen plenty of times. You live right next door and you are rude and self entitled. I live down the street so I know what I'm saying. Then again, we're in biased Glendale and people know what I'm talking about. I've had friends that work trucks like this and grocery stores. They have a time frame as to when they need to get in and out. You can't block a fire hydrant..especially if there's a fire. So don't block their way when you all know what day their truck shows up. Be like the rest of us hating life and drive around the block a few times and find somewhere to park your car!! Basically don't be a douchebag. This is my HONEST review. It's a small store so they won't have everything but it's cost efficient with some hidden gems. The staff has vastly improved, the store is well organized, terminals sucks wherever you go, don't block parking, be polite, and you may end up being a long time customer like me. If not, there's overpriced Ralph's, Target, Rite Aid, Dollar King and CVS around the corner. P.S from my experience Dollar King products cost more and usually never work to begin with or take a quicker shit. That's just my experience. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.”

“We were unhappy when Dollar Tree raised its standard price from a buck to $1.25 over a year ago -- but, even so, this store offers the best bargains around on the wide range of items which it carries. Their seasonal specials make great small gifts, their food choices are reasonably priced and often include hard-to-get items, and their household products are affordable and comparable to major brands. Dollar Tree staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. We only wish their parking lot was easier to negotiate, and had more spaces -- but with some patience one can usually find a spot. KEEP ON HAVING THOSE BARGAINS, DOLLAR TREE -- CUSTOMERS NEED A BREAK!”
