“This Dollar Tree story is very nice. Compared the one other places, employees are nice. Like Beth, she's very nice, very helpful. But there is another lady who's extremely very rude, I don't her name, i think she is Middle Eastern or Iranian. when you ask for help from her, she says she can't help now, We need to wait because she's very, very busy. That's not a polite answer and polite customer service. She's really rude, extremely rude. And this is not the first time this has happened, it's happening all the time, has happened many many times, many years that I keep shopping at this store. If you want your customers to return to you on monthly basis. You need to have a good customer service at good customer relations with your customers, otherwise, you're gonna keep losing eighty percent of your customers.If you continue this kind of behavior. And for sure, the first one will be me.I will not go there and i'm coming to your store from Glendale, CA This is really ridiculous, your Human Resource Department should know about this, & .

You should go to any big supermarket.Such as Albertson's, Ralph's, Vons or any of the other Supermarkets And learn some decent customer service from them.”
“I had a great experience at Dollar King.
The selection of items is really solid, you can find a little bit of everything, and the store itself was clean and well-organized, which made shopping easy and enjoyable.
What truly made the visit stand out, though, was the service. I believe her name was Martina and she greeted me right as I walked in, which immediately set the tone. When I checked out, she was just as great, friendly, attentive, and made sure to ask if I found everything I needed.
It might seem like a small thing, but that level of service makes a big difference. Martina made the whole experience 100% better.

It's a great value to be able to find what you are looking for. Parking in the back, entrance through the parking lot. Self parking, even though it's a large self parking area, most of the time is full. It's one store, but it seems like a mini swap meet. A little bit of everything.”

“Love this place but it was a hot day when I went, and they have no kind of air conditioning or Fan's and I'm pretty sure that's why the workers have such bad attitudes other than that I'll be shopping there again soon!!!”

But that's what you expect when paying those prices...Although there are already prices for all $$$$, even things that you find cheaper elsewhere... you have to check carefully... Everything starts at $$1.51 plus tax and if you want a bag, it costs $10 cents.This store is definitely a salvation when you need something urgent and you don't want to order it online.”
“I stopped by this Dollar Tree location to get some snacks. The prices for the snacks are very affordable. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. They had two cashier line so it helped speed things up. The staff here was very friendly.”

“This is one of the best Dollar Tree stores that I shopped in. It had so many items. I got hair products, spices, pens and paper. The store is well stocked a very clean. It’s not a big store, but since it’s kept stocked it seems bigger than it is. The employees were pleasant. I got more than what I am showing you all for $16 dollars. It has plenty of parking in the back of the store. But you have to walk about a block to get to the front of the store. This store is well worth a visit.”

“If you are smart, you are going to buy there to save tons of money. No kidding!!! Toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, snacks, arts and crafts, and so on. Here you are not paying for the trademark names but the function is just the same. Don't underestimate these shops, they deliver and are good on your pockets. Cheers!”
