Went at 8 am today because Monday I got vases and they said they would have more Thursday. I went and they said they just got them. The manager told me he was tired and I feel bad they can’t help people

I was in Dollar tree in Tujunga yesterday and they were really rude and mean. I will never go there ever again. I am tired of people that get away being a big bully. They need more people that work there with being kind,shows proper manners and proper etiquet.

I visited Dollar Tree Store #4243 at 6540 Foothill Blvd., Unit 109 & 110, Tujunga, CA on July 29th, 2024, We had a deeply upsetting experience. While shopping with my 5-year-old son, an employee named Valentina abruptly grabbed two head scratchers from his hands without any explanation. When I asked why, she claimed he was going to break them. I assured her that I would pay for any damages, but she refused to return the items and implied that we were potential thieves.
Feeling insulted and humiliated, I told her there was no need for such assumptions or for touching my son. Valentina then got very close to me and raised her voice, creating a distressing scene. I left my basket full of items and asked the cashier if the manager was available. At that moment, Valentina started screaming at me in front of other customers, further embarrassing us. We took our business to Dollar King on foothill, where we have never been treated this way.
As Hispanic individuals, this experience felt discriminatory and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not occur in any retail environment. I hope the management takes appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future.

Always fun to shop here at $ dollar tree. Good prices on a bunch of everyday items. Hangers, cards for birthdays and mothers day, colgate toothbrushes 3 for $1.25, reading glasses, kitchen scrubbies and toilet brushes? And candy like Jr Mints! You go down every aisle and find a bunch of stuff you need and save in the long run.

I always shop here and I love it! But I just wanted to shout out Jonathan! Such a great cashier and was very patient and talkative. Super charismatic and even welcomed us when we walked in. A truly stellar employee!

DO NOT BUY THE HUMMINGBIRD FEEDER!!!! You will be throwing your money away. They do not work. They breed mold for some reason within days of filling. I took it down, washed it thoroughly with hot water and tried again. Once again, mold!!!! I just hope it didn't make any hummingbirds sick.

The new team leader Who is from another state and just moved here and I know this because he told my wife that then asked my wife if she wanted to go smoke a blunt (marijuana) with him sometime and that happened on 1/15/2024 around 8am, that is very unprofessional and inappropriate to do on the job

Wow! I thought nice thoughtful people worked here. No, not true. I am a senior and ADA. Another customer verbally and threatened me physically. None of the staff came to my aid, or called for help. No one walked me to my car as I was obviously scared and told my concerns to the cashier. I'm an every other day customer. I will be shopping other stores unfortunately.12/1/2023

The staff is friendly, but they're probably in a good mood because they don't have to stock the shelves. They are supposed to, but they don't. Boxes and boxes and boxes of seasonal items that go unpacked and unshelved. They are always behind all the other regional Dollar trees and putting out all the seasonal stuff. For example, by mid-August, all Halloween and fall items should be out on the shelves. By Halloween, all Christmas seasonal and winter items should be out on the shelves. Instead what you get is rows and rows of unstocked shells and old items from the previous season. Always low on stock, but if you peer around the corner where the restrooms are and into the storage area where they keep their items you'll see stacks and stacks and boxes and boxes and pallets and pallets of unpacked items ready to be displayed on the shelves. Once again they're friendly and folksy there but that's because no one is pushed to really do anything about their inventory. Once again all other dollar trees in the valley and surrounding areas are fully stocked, and ahead of this incoming seasonal items. But we are held hostage up here in the foothills by this dollar tree location since it is the only one close by to us. Too bad they are not held to the standards by the corporation at large, and that like successful chains and businesses, One can walk into any location and see the same consistency and stock. But not this one, this continues to be the rebel that apparently the corporate has forgotten up here in the foothill area.
