Karen was very helpful. We had a basement unit and you have to press the code twice before heading down. Which was time consuming and unhelpful.

5 star experience all the way! Karen the manager was extremely helpful and patient with us, showing us several units which were all in excellent condition. The facilities are very well maintained and the customer service is superior. I would highly recommend this place and especially Karen for help with any storage needs. You will not regret it.
