So they removed the dressing rooms in order to fill store with
more clothing!! I don't have time buying and exchanging clothes that I should have been able to try on in the store!@ I'm very disappointed with Goodwill. Probably won't shop here anymore.

me, a pathetic lost little girl whos phone died and got off at the wrong bus stop, SAVED by wondeful employees of this very goodwill. shoutout sabrina (?) (didnt really get her name but she got me and uber and the uber driver said sabrina so idk) and two other employees. ily.

Another goodwill with absurdly overpriced items they get for free. Low income and unhoused people can’t afford it, so what’s the point? How about you focus on helping those in need instead of maximizing profit.

Good stuff, I buy and donate, but manager with curly hair it’s a mean person I was going tu buy cooking dish and she was accusing me that I change the price I found the dish a that price, she make me feel so badinfring of people on Sunday 20/24 I’m considering reporting her, it’s not good to acused people, good will should not employed this people I will think twise to donate and buy at this store plus she treat bad the employees I see her treating bad to the cashier bad store

Cashier was helpful but the manager was not trying to support her employee or the customer (ME). I always come to this good will I donate and also purchase. It’s unfortunate the staff is not the same as it was 1 year ago.

I encountered a very rude employee when I tried to donate clothing. Despite having plenty of space, including one large empty cage and ample square footage, he refused to accept two additional boxes, claiming his cages were full and he needed to close. I left feeling disappointed and regretful about donating to that center.

Terrible customer service. Went yesterday and one cashier took over 10 minutes to return something for another customer. 3 other staff members just stood there and chit chat. When they opened another register after 10 minutes, I asked them who the store manager is...and she told me it's the one standing there all this time doing nothing and ignoring customers.

super rude staff. they were so busy talking to each other they couldn’t bother to notice I was in line. Then the chick with the braids loudly says, “ damn she didn’t say anything that whole time?!” Well yeah, because I thought ONE OF THE THREE OF YOU huddled up talking was a customer and I didn’t want to be rude and disrupt y’all. PATHETIC.

Stinkiest Goodwill I've ever been in. This place needs ventilation. The smell hits you like a ton of bricks upon entering. Stay away if you don't want to stink after visiting.
