I had a great experience at Pep Boys, Tujunga. My car had a problem with the tire sensors. The day before my visit to Pep Boys, I made an appointment through the Pep Boys website. When I arrived at my appointment, the agent greeted me right away and told me the car would be ready in about an hour or so. The agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. An hour or so later, I received a call that my car was ready. The price for the service was reasonable. It was a great experience and I am pleased Pep Boys helped me solve my car's problem easily and at a reasonable price. I will definitely return to Pep Boys if my car needs a service.

They can’t do anything with the tires and specially alignment.
After their alignment both front tires worn out after 15k.

Heriberto Ibarra is awesome! We were seen right away. He listened to our concerns and proceeded to do a thorough diagnostic. Yes, there were services we could have done that day but they weren't critical. This put us at ease since we weren't prepared to take care of them that day. We really appreciated that he didn't push and try to up-sell us. We know what needs to be done and by when and we'll be back! Thank you Mr. Ibarra!!?

I’m happy with my service at Tujunga Pep Boys. For years I would only take my Honda CRV to a certified dealer in Pasadena but I was pleasantly surprised that I could still get quality service at my local Pep Boys. It’s so convenient to trouble shoot a questionable sound in my car because they are literally open 7 days a week!

I went there to get my tire worked on
the tire tech in the garage took off the tire, and fixed it, AIRED IT UP,
I Didnt Know until I got home he Put 95 lbs of air in the tire that should have been aired to 70.....He didnt bother asking me what i ran in them or bother checking the other tire to see what Air pressure it was at......The Tech was SLOW, AND DIDNT EVEN TOUQUE THE LUG NUTS DOWN........He was really rude too..

I asked for an alignment check whch is supposed to be free. They worked on my car for a couple of minutes and charged me $100. After leaving, my car still pulls to the right exactly the way it did before, so I decided to change my right front tire which completely fixed the issue. This proves that all they did at pep boys was check the alignment, and still charged me even though it was already aligned.

I have been using this place for 10 years. They provide great service. Martine, Louise, Frankie, and others are excellent. Today, Frankie changed my car oil, checked out my car, and fixed some problems for free. He is very professional. I am also grateful for the service managers.
