I've been going here for 30 plus years and I'm hopeful that you will be here 30 more. Most of the time I get in and out with what I need. Employees at the pharmacy or up front lately need some morale boosting meetings. Side conversations amongst employees need to stop unless it's about business at hand. Sometimes front check out is slow. You have the best ice cream hands down like chocolate malted crunch.The pharmacy is inconsistent with service and having the medication. Many times they haven't had the meds which is a serious issue. Yesterday they didn't answer the phone. I have made my life easier by signing up for pharmacy text service. Got the text when meds are ready.The store is clean and isn't too crowded when I'm there.Self check out is handy.

Pharmacy is horrible. They say wait one hour and then you arrive one hour later and they say several days to fill. It has happened several times to me. Then they start to speak armenian when they are clearly talking about you. Very unprofessional.

I have never gotten such a run around from a pharmacy. I was told they couldn't take my insurance over the phone so I had to go in person to show them card Then I was told they needed authorization which I confirmed this last Sunday that they got in so they order my meds which I confirmed on Tuesday they had them in but they wanted my doctor to confirm dosage so I had to wait again and now today they say I now need authorization again from insurance so I call my insurance and meds are still authorized and while on call with insurance my doctor office calls to tell me the pharmacy says there is a shortage nationally and they can not fulfill my meds. Soo where did my meds go that came in on Tuesday? Who has my meds!! Worst pharmacy on blaming others and switching story over and over again! Glad there is better options with CVS!

Let's establish that anyone working for a corporate chain such as this is more likely than not, grossly underpaid. When I go into places like this, I make a point of being civil to the staff because I cannot imagine what multiple level of Hell it must be like to work in a fluorescently saturated, soulless place that is a pure form of drugery. The pharmacy staff are in their own private orbit of insanity, I am leaving them out of this,...I had ordered an item on line for pick up at the store and was waiting for the confirmation email. After about 30 minutes, I concluded it was best to call to find out what the status was.After multiple rings, a woman answered and she got my name then went to check if the item was actually in stock. Without putting me on hold that removed years from my life, she said that they did in fact have it and that I could come in and pick it up.I went in and luckily the same woman assisted me that I spoke to on the phone.I asked if her manager was available so that I might compliment her to them. She said that SHE was the manager and laughed. (I have since forgotten her name, much to my embarrassment.)I told her that the store was lucky to have her and she should be paid more, to which she quietly laughed sarcastically in exasperation.In the hands of someone less experienced, disgruntled, burnt out and hating their job, it could've gone south and turned into a display of incompetancy.But when someone that has amazing work ethic performs even the most menial of tasks with personal ride and effeciency despite the frustrating work enviroment, this resonates with me. In a world of doing the least demanded of you to satisfy the job requirements, there are those out there that quietly and gracefully make a positive difference.

Waited over 40 minutes for an immunization when I had an appointment. What was the point of the appointment and completing all of the paperwork online ahead of time? No explanations or updates were given by the staff. Very unprofessional. Store also needs signage to indicate that the vaccination window is separate from the pharmacy window. Waited on the wrong, pharmacy line.

Very let's say unenthusiastic employees, sometimes you walk in an no one around. Self check out machines never seem to work, and if your self checking out it is very touchy and will ring you twice. If that happens you can't void, you have to wait for the 1 overwhelmed annoyed employee to come over a reset. Most times I come there it is very unpleasant to say the least.

I use to go here as a young boy with my aunt to get ice cream many moons ago I myself have been a rite aide pharmacy client for many years I still feel like that boy when I get an ice cream cone thank you rite aide for keeping the ice cream around and your Manager and staff are always helpful

This place is UNBELIEVABLE. They don't refill customers prescriptions on time. They give the customers the wrong medications, they wait time is over an hour, they are out of this world. Be aware.

Every time I've came here for an appointment at their pharmacy I've waited minimum 30 minutes after being told to sit down. I watch them help other customers as they arrive while I wait. Also found a bloody envelope on the floor just sitting there. Added a photo. Don't come here for absolutely anything even if you live across the street. Rude workers who don't care about doing their job right
