“Great service, friendly staff, especially Robert, which was very friendly funny and just a nice guy in general plus Professional and caring. Makes you not care about going a couple of extra miles out of your way to Store your properties there then somewhere closer, For sure will recommend others about this specific location I have used other locations before under the same umbrella, but I prefer to drive a couple of extra miles and store at that location For the Helpful & friendly staff!”

“Best place to rent a van! Needed one asap for a shoot and everyone was so accommodating, honest, and super friendly!!!!! If you need a sprinter van/truck you gotta come here !”
“I stopped by United early in the morning to pick up some parts and had a great experience. Ralph was extremely helpful from start to finish and made the entire process quick and hassle-free. They had everything I needed and I was in and out in no time.
If you're looking for truck parts I highly recommend

“Always a great experience at Storage Etc Sylmar and a couple of their other locations. The managers are all very helpful to us. Perfect for our long term storage at a fairly decent price.”
“Over 20years in service and there’s a reason why! One of the best bike shops in the valley, very kind service and professional work! I’ve been coming here for years and never been disappointed! Great quality and good prices ! This is my latest bike I got work done and came out amazing! New tires, tubes , brakes , chain, and handle bar tape with a fine tune up all around !
Ps: I did bring in my own parts ! Except the bar tape and brakes, charges such a good price for just service!”
“Great vehicle and even better employees! Fairelynn is an amazing person as well, I love her energy and she treats everyone great!!! I will definitely be coming back and I am for sure recommending this U-Haul to my friends and family!”
“I have had such a great experience with Food Truck group. “We had an incredible experience shooting at SirReel Studios! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. They made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Their new LED wall was a total game changer for our production. The image quality, flexibility, and ease of use made it one of the most efficient shoot days we’ve had in a long time.
The facility itself is spotless, well-organized, and clearly designed with filmmakers in mind. From parking and load-in to shoot day logistics, everything was easy and stress-free. I highly recommend SirReel Studios to any production looking for a clean, professional, and modern space with top-notch technology.”

“I had a very good experience with Superior Kar Company. I purchased a 2017 Ford Transit utility truck, and I am very happy with my purchase.
What I am most grateful for is that they helped me purchase the truck under my own name so I can start building my credit. This was very important to me and something I am very proud of.
Alex took the time to explain everything to me and helped me through the process. I am thankful for the opportunity and for the way I was treated.
I would definitely recommend Superior Kar Company to anyone looking for a work truck and an opportunity to build their credit.
Thank you for helping me take this step forward with my business and my future”

“Robert is your biggest asset at this location! He is friendly, professional, incredibly helpful, and very easy to work with. His positive attitude and personality make it a pleasure to rent a truck at this location!”
“Thank you guys for everything ! I’m sorry it. Took longer thank you for your patience! I never thought my husband would end up n the hospital and my step grandson 2 months old would pass ! It was hard dealing with all this but with your guys understanding it made things a little easier ! God bless and thank you again!”
“Great service! They really helped us out in a pinch. There seems to be a trend on booking websites to overbook… then when you arrive the car (or any cars!) is not available. Not at BestRental. Thanks again. We’ll be back.”
“The cab had not been completely cleaned out. There was a used beverage container behind the seat and the floor was not cleaned. I did so prior to turning in for the next person.”
“This was our first experience renting with this UHaul location and we will definitely be back when needing this kind of service in the future. We are a mobile bar business and had our biggest event of the year on July 3rd. The staff member on duty, Tony, made the process super easy. Very grateful for a smooth transaction, reliable product, and excellent customer service.”
“Cleanest vehicles to rent, the crew are really friendly and the owner is very knowledgeable on what he’s renting out. This is the place for all your production needs.”
“I asked why the company was called Zeeba. I was told that it is the Persian word for Beautiful. Well, I must say, the van was all that and more. Powerful, clean and easy to drive through even the most buffeting winds at speed on Interstate 5. And with all this, he price can't be beat by a country mile. The service was personal, friendly and helpful. I have rented vans before, and never got anything as good as this at ANY price. If I could I would rate Zeeba 10 Stars! I am looking forward to the need to rent a van again from Zeeba. And I will, beyond doubt, recommend Zeeba to my friends.”
“All you need to know for mobile pick up is to make sure your location services is on - on your phone. I didn’t know this, but they told me at the counter and I remembered it for the drop off process and it was very easy. The app asks you to take a few photos and submit them and it is easy. The van was roomy and is powerful driving up hills, good on gas too. Thank you”
“I was treated with so much attention and respect by Jessy. She really deserves employee of the month award or a good raise. Her customer skills is amazing. Uhaul has an awesome employee and good representation with her on board. She deserves 5 stars!!”
“I recently toured EZ Storage in Burbank, and I had a great experience. Milford Wilson showed me around and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the process easy to understand.
Even though I didn’t end up renting a space this time, I was really impressed by the clean, secure facility and Milford’s professionalism. I would definitely consider renting here in the future and highly recommend EZ Storage Burbank to anyone looking for a reliable storage option.”
“I usually don’t leave reviews, however when good service is given, I will give credit to the individual. George was very helpful and courteous in explaining everything when I rented the U-haul truck. I came in the morning of needing a truck right away. He was very efficient in writing up everything and provided the brand new clean and spotless 10-foot box truck for our rental. The price was reasonable for the few hours we used it. And it’s very conveniently located to where I live. Given this experience and service, I would use them again.”
“Eric at this location went out of his way to help me out with a situation i had gotten myself in. He more than took care of me and made sure everything was in order to get a forklift at the right time so i could get a truck unloaded. He followed through and had great communication. I can't thank him enough for his hard work in making this happen. highly recommend this company/him. hard to find good people these days”
“Truck wouldn't start next day, maybe I left a light on or didn't lock the door. Called Penske Sun Valley (11200 Peoria) location and they immediately dispatched a tech in 45 min. Truck was jump-started and tech waited for 15 min before re-starting the truck on it's own battery power. Truck started without issues and we never had any problems along our 4-day journey from LA to Seattle. Also truck was 3-years old, seats were very comfortable, it was a pleasure to drive and we arrived will little fatigue and backache at our destination. Highly recommended A+”
“They had a storage truck ready for me to use last minute. The staff was nice and quick when checking in and out. He taught us how to use the truck as we did w/ ease. They let us bring it back in the morning w/ no extra charge since they closed early that day. They also were fair enough to give our money back since we brought the truck filled w/ gas still. Our move went easy, thanks to our rental here.”
“Renting a trailer has never been easier. I was able to get more jobs done and satisfy my customers with the care and professionalism the order need to be done correctly. United has a ton of great equipment for just about any job and what I didn’t expect was the trailer I rented had a floor that drops down so now the order can be taken off with a pallet jack if a forklift isn’t available. This feature blew my customer away also a couple of guys saw me lower the floor and were fascinated by that feature I’m pretty sure they will be renting as well. I can’t wait to start working with United again and bidding on jobs the require this level of functionality and safety with ease of loading it’s unreal. I can honestly say if you’re thinking about renting a trailer definitely choose United Rentals. Thanks for reading my post.”
“The gentleman that was working in the front office this morning was a very nice person explained everything to us very friendly and knew what he was talking about. I will be coming back because I need to move my furniture now.”
