IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD! I am so fed up with this USPS. I have complained not once or twice but MULTIPLE times about the postal worker not coming up the stairs and ringing the door bell to give my packages. He just puts the slip in the mailbox and leaves, EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is RIDICULOUS. I am just baffled. There is someone home at all times too! I brought this to their attention along with another stranger in line who heard my conversation and said the EXACT same thing. Every time my package comes with USPS I HAVE to go and pick it up from them. They do not even reattempt delivery. I don’t understand how they hire such incompetent and careless staff. To add, NO ONE in there actually helps you. You tell them your concerns and they just brush it off. I’ve even had my mail delivered to another address and other buildings mail from down the street in my mailbox. So unprofessional.

The worst USPS office! BELOW ONE STAR!
Never addressing the concerns/problems/questions/issues of the residents!
Supervisor or post master are not present! Always saying they are not available right now! Don't understand where they are working? Outside the office all the time?!
Agents taking phone numbers of customers and promised that either supervisor or postmaster will contact you, but it never ever happens!
The office is not responsible for a package that I left there and lost!
I suggest to travel to another far USPS post office, rather than wasting your time here!
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I usually am very happy with this post office. They have qualified people that are nice. Last week there was someone new working there, a lady with grey blonde hair and glasses! Omg she was sooooooo ANNOYING and useless! Pls tell me she is just a vacation substitute

Terrible service. I had a hold on my mail and after I visited the office to get my mails, they didn’t have it. I came back 3 times until an employee found my mail after a 10 minutes searching.

I want to thank the mail carrier, Carlos, for his outstanding service. I mistakenly thought I hadn't received a package, but Carlos went out of his way to help resolve the issue. His professionalism and kindness are truly appreciated. Thank you.

For a service that is underpaid and undervalued they always get their job done. The staff at the post office in tujunga is excellent. Usually there is only one person at the desk again due to being underfunded. So usually you have to wait in line for a little bit. But service is thorough and the package gets delivered. God bless the USPS

Usually I have no problems but the other day I dropped 2 packages 1 got scanned the other didn't and never showed up usually it will get scanned at it's next stop nope nothing never showed up I'd hate to say it was stolen but I've never had this happen after 100s of packages
