I was waiting in line and there were two customers in front of me so I waited about 15 minutes. There were two customers behind me, however because I was mailing an international package the associate decided to take the two people behind me before helping me. So I had to wait additional time even though I arrived before them. This made me very upset.

Temporarily closed today 11/21 for some reason. I was supposed to pick up my package because it couldn’t be dropped off at my home. The old woman in front of me was the last customer.

You have to hire people who can read numbers. You delivered the wrong numbers at Sherman Grove Mobile Home Park all the time. We have 80 homes here. Different numbers from 1-80. Read them.

This P.O. has been closed for several afternoons with a sign posted be back at 2:30 , sorry for the inconvenience. I have for the most part had friendly knowledgable service here for the past 10 years mailing thousands of packages.

The worst post office ever. There is one customer rep. that looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger, meaning like a buff woman. she is very and super rude. she should be fired. i will send a letter to the post master general. we will wait and see what happens. this is not a place for rude and impolite customer reps.

This unfortunately is my local post office. To start with the positive, they are very quick and efficient....when they have enough staff, which lately has been very rare. I agree with others that the staff isn't the most polite, but it's a post office not a restaurant. I just wish our state would focus and fix issues affecting main infrastructure like our postal service. Buy stamps!

I don’t know why the lady that works in the morning is so rude. It’s like she doesn’t want to be there. She speaks to everyone with an attitude. I would literally move out of this area just to avoid her. If you can’t be nice or at least respectful, don’t work a service desk job.

Definitely bad service! The lady in the front desk didn’t took the time and effort to look for my package, she just told me it’s not here and that’s all. She didn’t even look at my tracking number or ask me my name.

This stupid place just closes whenever it feels like it. Who cares if you have left your job early in order to pick up a signature-required delivery. Place was supposed to close at 5pm, but instead, they were closed at 4:28 pm. So frustrating!!!

I love this post office so close to my house and the staff are very nice , me and my wife drop our business packages here everyday. We do really appreciate their hard work.? Thank you.

Don the Supervisor and Consulea front clerk went beyond the call of duty for me after new employee sent package to wrong address, Don tracked it down and had other post office ship to correct address very good 5 star service
