Was in the area for a few days and decided to sign up at USA GYM. The gym was on a smaller size but kudos to small businesses… First day I arrived around 2ish it was a bit busy but got parking right away – Should be noted they do have a very small onsite parking lot (the two days I visited, I was lucky enough to get a spot) all free weights, machines and punching bags are down stairs, cardio upstairs (not a lot of machines) They have ton of sanitizing stations but I’m glad they realized reusing the same rag isn’t sanitary at all, actually one is just spreading more germs.Overall, I liked the décor at the gym, the amenities and cleanliness…. I would highly recommend this gym if you live in the area. I stayed in between this gym and the 24-hour fitness in Burbank and I would choose this gym in a heartbeat! Come give them a try!

This is the gym for me. Lots of weights and machines. Good price for a yearly membership. This place has way better equipment than the decrepit YMCA down the block. Come with me if you want to lift.

I was honestly worried about some of the negative comments at first but once I gave it a shot I realized some people just like to complain. The equipment works fine, all gyms have a machine out of service every now and then and I’ve seen this gym make morning inspections on their equipment and checking what needs to be replaced. Last week I was using the dumb bells and thought how sad that people have miss treated the equipment and the rubber casing is peeling off some of the dumbbells. Friday I noticed they replaced them all not just the ones with the most damage. The restrooms and showers could use some love but lucky for me I’m not far from home. Don’t knock this gym until you try it.

Best gym in the area. You will always find the weights where you need them, not like other gyms where nothing gets re-racked. All the equipment is newer which is great. & the staff is so friendly!

Clean old school gym. Open 24 hours. Cool vibe. Good music. Wouldn’t want to work out any where else.

I used to be a member at this gym and its a mediocre gym at best. Both 24 hour fitness and anytime fitness are much better. I canceled my membership about a year ago but they still charge my card every month. They try to make you go in person to cancel which is just shady business tactics. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a gym. I would take your business to another gym where they wont fraudulently charge your card

Small gym so it gets full quick. Staff lets people use multiple machines at once so have to wait for machines if busy.

Terrible customer service. Gym was closed due to Covid and they told me that I can freeze my membership but when I went back they kicked me out because they unfroze my account while I was in another state for school. I paid upfront for 6 months for it to have been wasted.There was a cleaning station but no regulation on wiping equipment down, but obviously the owner can find me an hour into my workout to kick me out instead of maintaining gym etiquette.The equipment was nice, though, for the price there should be more equipment available since the equipment you're looking for was most likely already taken/unavailable.

Great gym equipment, lots of parking, and open 24 hours during the week. Prices are reasonable, and gym owners are always there to help with any questions or concerns.

I'm so lucky to have found this place. Upon my first visit, I had such a pleasant experience with Ann who signed me up, explained all the ins and outs of the gym to me, & even went as far as explaining the whole contract to me (cuz we all know nobody has the time or patience to read that before signing lol). The gym was super clean compared to other commercial gyms & all the members are so friendly and welcoming. It's such a motivating community and atmosphere. Words just don't do justice for this place!! Highly recommend

I've been coming to USA GYM (World Gym) for years. The owners have been nothing but welcoming and accommodating since being a member for about 13 years. The equipment has had major upgrades throughout the years. Every gym has its different crowd based on time of day. Morning, afternoon, and night, has always had friendly members and helpful staff. It is a lifting/cardio gym. If you're looking to sit in the sauna for a workout then Id suggest looking somewhere else. Other than that, I've had absolutely no issues!!!! *The negative people in the comments who have complaints are members who obviously DO NOT come to the gym & forget they're paying their membership.

Just don't do it... the owner is a nightmare if you have to cancel your membership - he takes anywhere from 6 months to a year to finally stop charging your card and you won't get all the reimbursement

I need to warn you all of the owner Brian Prewitt. I cannot believe the abuse I just endured by him. He asked me to meet in person at 7:30 this evening to go over the matter after calling me crazy and implying that I was a liar, I was going to have an officer accompany me, and I now wish I did. The way this man speaks to people is absolutely disgusting. Not only did he call me a liar multiple times, he used the most derogatory language you can imagine. The F word was flying out of his mouth every other word. I asked him not to talk to me like that and he said "I will talk how ever the eff I want this is my effin gym" He is so out of line I really do not know how he still operates a business. Especially with the smell of alcohol that was pouring from his breath. He is claiming he never told me he would terminate my membership, which is completely untrue. He proceeded to tell me I never left notes with his staff for him to contact me, which is also false. It's unfortunate that it's really just his word against mine and he has turned out to be a massive gaslighter and manipulator. He has no self control and suffers from terrible anger issues. His employees should be ashamed to work for him, especially the one that stood by and witnessed the way I was treated tonight. I am in such shock and disbelief it's hard to even remember each detail of what happened. I am so mad at myself for not recording this interaction. Brian continues to refuse a refund of the $538 he has withdrawn from my account since telling me he would cancel my membership, out of the 20 months, he refunded 3, and one maintenance fee that was withdrawn. My bank was able to cover another three months once I made a claim. So six months out of 20 are covered. Once again, I really don't care about the money, I've gotten past that... but this man is a terrible businessman and an even worse person in general. I don't know where he gets off thinking it's okay to speak to someone the way he spoke to me. I also let him know I was six months pregnant and that didn't stop him from slamming his hands down on the counter at me while he spit his nasty language at me. He tries to be big and intimidating, when in reality he is equivalent to a little kid throwing a tantrum. When all was said and done he chased me out the door continuing to yell at me as I walked to my car. He is a loose cannon and severely disturbed. I highly recommend no one get a membership to his gym. It's nearly impossible to get out of the membership. He claims he bills over 3000 people per month to which I responded "so you're not hurting" and he said he is in debt from Covid. So I guess that's why he feels the need to screw people over so bad. If you guys look at his yelp reviews you will see how many people have had such similar experiences. It's horrible that he continues to get away with this behavior. He was so upset I called him a thief in my post last night, but that's exactly what he is. He threatened me that if I take him to small claims court and I win, then he will send me to collections for non payment. He is absolutely insane. I will attach photos of my original post last night, the letter of demand I left with his employees, and his texts from last night as well. Thank you for those of you that took the time to read this. Please share this information with everyone you can.
