“I have been working on my coin collection recently. I realized I bought the wrong Coin Book. I showed the clerk the book I had in my bag. I got the correct book which was $9.99 and my exchange book was $4.99. I did not have a receipt for the exchange book. The store associate rang up the difference and I paid it. She was polite, friendly and efficient. It's great that Hobby Lobby does exchanges, unlike the rudeness Joann's put customers through.”
“Everyone who works here is SUPER nice. They are always there to help with questions to the best of their knowledge! If they don’t know something they will take the time to find out! Your first greeted at the door! Your helped on the sales floor, making sure you got everything you need, and at the registers the cashiers are always nice and you end your trip with a thank you. I don’t understand these people leaving rude reviews ??♀️ I see so many people being rude to the associates. They don’t deserve that.”

“Showed up at appointment time loaded and out in 1 hour. Make sure reefer is clean no tears in wall or floor 2 load locks in back 35 continuous. All in all not bad. They do have a long drive down to the gate and you can park in dirt on both sides.”
