Had a very uplifting and professional experience with Robert. Before coming into the store spent over an hour on hold with AT&T, very miserable experience. Robert was extremely kind and professional. He definitely de-escalated me and dealt with all my needs. A+ Team member, added value to your location! Retain and promote at 1st opportunity!!!

Not even deserving of a one star. This place is absolutely pathetic. I been more than patient enough with this company… I ordered a phone through them spent money, and the phone was supposed to be shipped in two days And here we are almost a week later, and nothing has been shipped. I tried calling AT&T services. I got the runaround three times spent every three hours on the damn phone. With three different people because they place me on hold for almost 45 minutes and nobody can seem to help me…. I had to explain myself over three different times with three different people. I am definitely not going to be switching over to this company. This is ridiculous and piss poor customer service…….. unbelievable….

Went into the store for an phone upgrade. Had scheduled an appointment for early in the morning. Arrived at the store and there were only two reps on the floor who were already helping other customers. No biggie, I had no problem waiting. Proceeded to wait for roughly 20 minutes with four other customers who were also waiting to be helped. During this time two other reps came out from the back and completely ignored us. Not one word was spoken to any of us. A "Good morning, we'll be right with you" would have sufficed. Ended up just walking out. I had absolutely no expectation of being helped without a wait, but it appeared like we were just a nuisance to them.

Alejandro doesn’t know how to communicate with customers. All he was trying to do was sell me accessories. I went to pick up a phone. I told to leave it in the box. I’ll set it up at home later. He Didn’t bother to tell me that he disconnected my old phone. I Had no access to phone for hours due to travels. manager Daniel, was also of no use. I’ll never go back to that location.
