Thank you guys for everything you did, between saving the meat we had in the truck to having crew help take out stereo system. You even answered on the weekend and so polite and helpful throughout this whole experience. I appreciate you and your whole staff.

I was victim of a predatory tow and Joe, the owner of autocom was offended and cursed me out when i told him about his actions. I had “associates” i wanted to sell my rv to because i could not afford storage fees or to renew registration on the rv after purchasing a few months afterward being a single mom and all. These associates are good friends of joe the owner at autocom, they placed an anonymous phone call and had a traffic officer tow away my rv. I called autocom told them my situation and they just gave me an outrages number of fees and fines and i told them i would pay. Not knowing the lws at that time i didnt see it. My “associates came and offered to buy the keys of the rv for me, not thinking anything of it at the time i sold them my keys. Next thing you know after the 30 exactly my rv was sold. Be carefull with these crooks. I saved up for months to buy this rv to take my 7 children on trips and for a couple of grown men who have good jobs to take advantge of my situation goes to show how nasty people with businesses can be and use situations to their advantage. Im going to see what happens in court, i have all my paperwork.

I was traveling from northern Arizona and broke down here and was towed to Autocom at 7 o'clock in the evening and Buddy done all he could do that evening to get us going till 10 o'clock but our problems were more than we thought and we had another 250 miles to go so they took us me my wife and 2 grandkids and there parents to a hotel for the night and the next morning came and got us all and drove us to Fresno California which was about 70 mi away. that was the closest place to rent a car and that's what we did. continued our vacation. he called us the next day. found out that he could fix her car which he did. very reasonable prices. friendly service is good to know that they're still honest people out there that does a good job. being stranded on the road is no fun for anyone. if I am ever back here in Tulare California or within 100 miles around I will definitely come by and see. this man is a great person and honest person and all those that work for him and around him. thank you for your services and friendship. I was in a car accident and he came straight away to tow my car. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions about the process of getting my car fixed. He was reliable and on time when dropping my car off. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a tow for a fair price.

We were on a road trip getting gas and our car wouldn't turn back on. Stranded at a gas station (with our 3 small children) we called at least 5 other Mechanics who weren't open on a Sunday- then Autocom answered, was available, and told us they could prioritize our car! When they couldn't get the part until the following day the owner offered his own car for us to drive to a hotel for the night. Seriously, the kindest most generous guy ever. In the morning the manager came to pick us up and gave us a ride back to the shop to pick up our car. I can't sing their praises enough. Total God send.

They came through when i was in a bind. Purchased a project 73 chevy that i was attempting to break in by driving it from Palmdale 2 bay area. Unfortunately 3 flat tires later n what sounds like possible blown gasket i was able to roll the car into Tulare. They quoted me the best reasonable price even after i checked around. They pulled up a lil sketchy at first in their low rider truck but they were cool down to earth. Original tow ended up getting sidetracked so car had to sit on their yard overnight but they did everything to make me feel secure with leaving my new purchase behind . Not to mention tow truck operator was the women . Still lol'ing but that's another story . Would recommend would use again if ever in area

We broke down on the way back from Yosemite and these guys handed it so well. Towed us in, honest, fair pricing, swapped out the part and got us back under way quickly and professionally. Great service and nice people. Highly recommend them.

My elderly parents and I broke down in Tulare, CA last week as we were returning home to Oregon from a wedding. We are extremely grateful to Tony and the rest of the Staff at Autocom for fixing our mini-van late last Sunday night. In today’s world, it’s nice to meet mechanics that are honest, exceptionally good, and priced reasonably. I just wish that this Autocom & Staff was located in my area !!
