They have always been a go to for us. Even in emergency situations they go above and beyond, even working with other STM locations to get you taken care of ASAP. It’s nice having a place to count on with staff that is helpful and willing to provide stellar customer service.

I have several vehicles worked at Siuthern Tire Mart. Managers are right on, very attentive. Sometimes they do get busy but they take pride in their work. I keep returning due to their great work! Thank you

I was on a quest to have my wheels powder coated. Jessie helped me out by taking my wheels off the evening before my appointment at Visalia Powder Coating Unlimited. TF Tire was fine with my car floating at their shop until my wheels were done. As soon as I brought back my wheels, Jessie put my car back together! Amazing service. Thanks Jessie!

Took my tire and rim there to be fixed. The turn around time was fast and the price was great. Their customer service is super welcoming. Thank you team at TF tire. If you look at all the reviews on both google and yelp, they're all 5 stars.

We rented an RV in LA and got a blowout in Tulare. Honestly, we were feeling a little vulnerable being that far from home and knowing your basic retail tire place wasn't going to be able to work on an RV. Then we found these guys on Yelp, and now I wish TF Tire was located near us in Irvine, so we could use them all the time. 'Lisandro' was our service guy and he was awesome. In fact, all the personnel we observed in this place were respectful and the shop just seems super well equipped and well organized. We had two RV tires replaced and were in and out in under 25 minutes. They also gave us a diagnosis of why the tires were wearing down on the inside and recommended we tell the RV owners to have the bearings packed asap to avoid uneven wear on the new tires. We requested the old tires so we could show them to the rental place when we returned the camper. They said no problem and immediately deducted the California recycling fee for each tire without us even asking. It's things like that that speak to the honesty of a place. The price was great (about $75 per tire out the door) and we left totally satisfied. Thanks Lisandro and thanks TF Tire. You put our vacation back on track and we're grateful we found you.

I highly recommend TF Tire & Service. This is my "go-to" place for all my tire needs! It is sometimes scary going into a vehicle service shop as a single mom, but these people at TF Tire & Service are nothing but a trustworthy company. From Vickie & Samantha up front to Mike & Dustin in the back, I can not express my gratitude enough to these individuals. Superb service and excellent prices!

I was driving through town on my way back home to Los Angeles from Sacramento. I had stopped to get lunch and fill my car up with gas. While I was at the gas station I realized my car was leaking a lot of coolant. I was able to locate TF Tire and Service online and called and spoke to Mike. I described my situation and he said they were running short staffed but to bring my car in. I did. They had the problem figured out, the part ordered and replaced, and me back on the road in less than 4.5 hours. I can not express how impressed I am with them. I have an older 2008 BMW X5. The fact that they were able to get their hands on the part so quickly is truly amazing to me. They were nice, professional, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop. Thank y'all for all of your help!!!

I have been a customer here at least 15 years. They are always professional and get all my tire needs done. They work me in when I have unexpected tire issues. It's no problem for them to take me home and pick me up when my vehicle is finished. Always a great job at keeping my vehicle tire safe.
