“The staffs are friendly, it's a nice credit union but over all I don't like that if you haven't made any transaction within a year that they charge a fee. I figured if I kept money as evidenced as having a balance then funds should not be taken out. Their expectations have since changed and it's been a while since I made a transition so I don't know how many years years they have taken out funds but account closed. That process was a breeze. The lady behind the counter was still nice.”

“I started using your services in late 2020. Prices are excellent, even though certain products are promoted and incentivized more than others in comparison to previous years. Good customer service, but things went somewhat worse for a while during the pandemic (staff shortage), but things have since improved again. Best wishes for everything!”

“My son was sick and had me go deposit cash for him at the atm. I insert the cash and the machine started counting but ended up rejecting the cash so I take most back but the latch closed before I can take the rest then the receipt said $0 deposited, so basically the atm just stole the rest of the money. My son had tried to call but couldn’t get any help. Hopefully you can resolve this. / An update on this incident, EECU has resolved this matter very promptly and professionally.
