Had gone to the Cricket on Prosperity and the girl in there didn’t know at all what she was talking about and was giving scammer vibes. Came to the one on cross and was charged way less (almost $100 less) to open 4 new lines with Karla. She was sweet, helpful and patient. Go to Karla and Karla only!

Great customer service clean and neat store lots of products in stock, employee Thomas went out of his way to answer all our questions and get us the best deal possible. I definitely recommend this location and we will definitely keep doing business with them.
