I have been coming here for years for my rx's they had always been friendly. But recently, this past yr they have been rude, don't seem like they want to help, try to push you to other locations and cutting you off when you're talking, just rude. I am going to be looking into other locations because I really don't like the staff. If they don't want to deal with customers then they shouldn't be in customer service. If they don't like their profession then get into another line of business. Wally and Kan (not sure now how to spell their names) especially rude and unhelpful

They wouldn't take my sons insurance last time saying his name was wrong on his card because it doesn't have his middle name on it. I bought his inhaler with cash because I couldn't fix his card immediately and he needed his medication. Went home and realized my fiancé, stepson and I all don't have our middle names on our cards and we were never denied medication. Just went tonight and they took his insurance no problem so I don't know why they wouldn't use his insurance last time. I want my 70 dollars back. I added stars because I went to them for years without problems but this experience was super annoying.

The store is very clean and the workers are very friendly and helpful it's where I go to get flu shots ammonia shots and shingle shots I like it so much that I brought a friend along with me and he enjoyed it he's going to keep going back so I think that says a lot doesn't it

Scheduled appointment for a COVID test for 11:15 and still had to wait a whole hour or so to get tested. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s going to take forever to do. Don’t offer appointments if I still have to wait a whole hour to be seen.

I've used this pharmacy off and on for years. I have never encountered a problem here. The staff always polite and very helpful. Keep this place in mind if you ever have a need for their services.

I do not recommend this CVS location. The pharmacy staff is not very helpful when it comes to inquiries regarding prescriptions. For some strange reason (perhaps not so strange) my prescription keeps getting moved from a refill as needed to auto-fill, and from a 30 day supply to a 90 day supply. This usually requires a stop in at the CVS, or a phone call, and nobody seems to know why this happens. They probably need to get their numbers up, because there is some sort of corporate mandate requiring locations to do this, but they should really leave customer prescriptions alone.Oh, and the drive-thru is super slow, so bring a book to read.

I don't recommend this pharmacy. All the technicians are so rude. I went there to pickup my medication and the technician kaitlyn was talking to me like i am nobody. She needs one on one training on customer service. Customers go to the pharmacy to pickup their medication not to see these kind of people's attitude.

My favorite CVS. My prescriptions are always ready when promised. Employees are very nice and the Pharmacist and assistants are all great. They truly are very cautious with medicine interactions that as a patient with multiple doctors being prescribed different medicines I would not know. Amy Baldwin contacted me recently about a new prescription that would have a bad interaction for me that my doctor had not caught. So she notified myself and the doctor about it. That same afternoon my doctor's office called and told me to discontinue the other medicine. Thank you Amy for catching that! Once again love this CVS it's the best around!

The pharmacy at CVS in Tulare, CA on Prosperity at Brentwood is very inefficient. My prescription was faxed in on a Friday morning and still not ready on a Saturday evening. The automatic service does not match the availability of the medication at pick-up; an additional 15-20 minutes is the standard wait. They will take 10 minutes to explain why it is not their fault instead of providing a minute of solution to the problem.

COVID-19 phase: They always have great deals here! I went to look around and they offered a great deal on face masks and Reese's peanut butter pumpkins. Had to get them. The door is clean and pretty organized! The worker was masked and nice! Wished me a good day after I bought the items. Appreciated! Good service and great store! Recommended!

Cvs is one of the worst pharmacy's you could deal with I have had nothing but pure 100% problems with the one on prosperity and the one on Beardsley for the last three months!!! All I can tell you is watch your medicine they will rip you off and once you realize that you been ripped off and you call in the Manager by the name of Amy will demand you to come back to her store to get the situation resolved, it would be one thing if this was the first time that this has happened but it's more like the 5 time it has happened!!! Then when you call corporate they will tell you that the district manager will contact you when indeed it's their disrespectful manager AMY calling you back the next day!!! I for one will never use cvs again I will now take my business some where else I may only be one customer but one person that will be satisfied they will not get my money!!!!!! Be smart
