These people are idiots. I had to walk in to put a card on file again that was already in. Then they claim my prescription isn't ready when I had a text showing so. All this after waiting in pickup line for 10 minutes to be told to go to the drop off because insurance isn't on file. This place is so idiotic. The only reason I came is I'm having surgery and my normal pharmacy is out of pain medication to fill.

Absolute worst pharmacy ever staff is rude and disrespectful.. if your needing a proscription make sure you are the one they are helping before they close once 8pm they will shut the gate in your face.. I wish this company was the ones going out of business instead of all the others…

I went in they removed all checkout its self checkout only there were a handful of ladies just standing around in the photo area No one acknowledged me welcomed me and why does it ask how many bags I used when there are no bags there that was the last time I will ever go there or any CVS I guess Riteaid and family dollars if killing them and it shows

I have been coming here for years for my rx's they had always been friendly. But recently, this past yr they have been rude, don't seem like they want to help, try to push you to other locations and cutting you off when you're talking, just rude. I am going to be looking into other locations because I really don't like the staff. If they don't want to deal with customers then they shouldn't be in customer service. If they don't like their profession then get into another line of business. Wally and Kan (not sure now how to spell their names) especially rude and unhelpful

Called to get info on my medicine and lady on the phone was very rude and short. She was unprofessional. When picking up my medicine lady at the window was nice. I was told that my medicine was not in stock and that it wouldn’t be in until Monday. Wouldn’t you think to give that person a call and let them know that they need to go to another cvs. I don’t feel good at all and now I have to wait even longer. I think this cvs is very unprofessional and I will not be coming here anymore as well as letting friends and family know what type of service I received.

We have been going to this pharmacy for a long time and it gets worse every time. They tell us that our meds should be ready in 2 hours and so I go back 2 hours later to find out still not ready. Not to mention they are out of half the stuff we need. This is unacceptable and will be looking for a new one.
