I have been coming here for years for my rx's they had always been friendly. But recently, this past yr they have been rude, don't seem like they want to help, try to push you to other locations and cutting you off when you're talking, just rude. I am going to be looking into other locations because I really don't like the staff. If they don't want to deal with customers then they shouldn't be in customer service. If they don't like their profession then get into another line of business. Wally and Kan (not sure now how to spell their names) especially rude and unhelpful

They wouldn't take my sons insurance last time saying his name was wrong on his card because it doesn't have his middle name on it. I bought his inhaler with cash because I couldn't fix his card immediately and he needed his medication. Went home and realized my fiancé, stepson and I all don't have our middle names on our cards and we were never denied medication. Just went tonight and they took his insurance no problem so I don't know why they wouldn't use his insurance last time. I want my 70 dollars back. I added stars because I went to them for years without problems but this experience was super annoying.

This CVS has the best pharmacy staff hands down. They are professional, kind and just this Saturday went above my expectations to assist us in get a prescription sent over properly. Thank you all. Stay safe!

I've used this pharmacy off and on for years. I have never encountered a problem here. The staff always polite and very helpful. Keep this place in mind if you ever have a need for their services.

I've been coming here for years, way before CVS moved in. I have to say although they're all very nice their customer service skills need a bit of work. Gary and Heidi are definitely missed!

I never knew that this store was here. I stopped in to pick up a prescription that was incorrectly sent to the wrong location. This is a typical CVS location. It's shiny and new, but includes the disgusting carpet that CVS uses in their stores. The store was nicely stocked and the staff was friendly. I was in and out in a flash and may use this store again should I need a prescription in the future. My only gripe is with how many times I had to touch the debit machine. They really need to streamline their system.

The staff at this pharmacy are both rude and unwilling to help customers. They seemed very annoyed at me asking if they carried a supplement my doctor suggested. Randy the pharmacist and another woman working there today were very unprofessional and it seemed like I was really bothering them by asking a simple question. They basically continued their personal conversation and walked away from me without help me at all. It's crazy to me that people like this are employed at all.

Do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacist is never there and they wont release medication without him. So my 3 month old who is throwing up blood from reflux will just go without since they dont want to get a second pharmacist to cover when the first one is gone

Normally, I've had no problems with this CVS (in Target) Tulare. Yesterday, went in to pick up a “controlled†medicine that MUST be e-scribed. I was literally grilled by the female pharmacist about why I take this RX, why I've picked it up at CVS or Walgreens prior to this refill, why I take particular other meds (that are NOT controlled), why they're prescribed by diff drs, why dr's aren't aware of other drs, etc. To give you some background: one dr is a Workers Comp dr in Fresno, that I only get to see approx 1x/yr-the rest of the time, I see his PAs every 6-8 wks AND it's been a DIFF PA every time for the last 3 dr visits. My Primary dr DOES NOT/CANNOTsee me for WC & the 3rd dr is a dietician. Obviously, I cannot see my WC dr's office for diet or anything else other than WORKERS COMP, I can't see dietician for WC or primary dr's concerns, & cannot see my primary for WC or dietician concerns. My primary dr's office wasn't even involved in this situation but I was questioned nonetheless. I understand the severe crackdowns on controlled meds but this female pharmacist made me feel like a drug seeker, dr shopping addict. and after all the questioning, she advised me this was due to Trump and she has to answer to her boss too. Then she advised me she was VOIDING and IN THE PROCESS OF VOIDING my e-script. I have RA/OA (rheumatoid AND osteoarthritis) and almost EVERY month (bc the new crackdown laws require either a paper scrip or e-scribe-depending on pharmacy & requiments that change EVERY FEW MONTHS) it's already VERY frustrating & solves nothing! It's already hard for those of us that are NOT abusing our meds to get them while addicts are STILL able to get them freely; but for that female pharmacist to treat me the way she did was extremely disrespectful and severely disappointing. Please bear in mind; my husb is a LEO/sgt for almost 30 yrs-if I WERE an addict & abusing my prescription meds-he could lose his job! Not to even mention, he WOULD KNOW if I were an addict. I would give this pharmacy a higher rating if NOT for this particular pharmacist. I've never had/experienced something like this w/this particular medication. Might change rating if this pharmacist had actually listened & not treated me the way she did.
