I’d give them no stars. Their guy didn’t even know what he was doing. He messed my car up more and THEN coudlnt even get my car up. Thanks to PRIME TOWING for getting my car up the RIGHT WAY AND didn’t even damage it for 5 bucks more.Service: Car towing

I have a BMW that is very tricky to tow because it will not go into neutral when there's total power loss. (Without a mechanic) it gets complicated when stranded.Getting it up on a truck is difficult and can mess up the driveline. Several other tow truck companies turned down the call. They assured me at Double D that they knew exactly what they were dealing with and they could get it up on the truck with no damage and delivered it where I needed . They were there within an hour. My car was then able to be fixed within a couple of days and back on the road with absolutely no issues. They know exactly what they're doing. Fast friendly and reasonably priced!

I had called Allstate for roadside assistance and 45 min later they cancelled- it was getting dark and I needed help- called Double D towing from Tulare and he was on his way!Helped me without any problems or long wait! Very polite and helpful- even when he was done he entered the freeway first so I could enter safely- excellent service- Thank you!!Service: Tire change
