I went to this place and the person who did my nails and my pedicure manicure. He was really nice and he took his time he did not rush which I really like it. He took his time to do his job and I will be going back. This is my 3rd to 4th time going to them but this time the person who dated next time I’m gonna make my appointment with them. I think his name was Sunny. Good person and talkative. Definitely recommended.

This place is beautiful and relaxing. The service was great and the quality was amazing. I paid $47 for a gel pedicure. The worker was so sweet and knew what she was doing it was great and made me feel comfortable for my first time going. She did a great massage as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a pedi. Started a spot for me. The lady starts the water. Lady next to her could see water was too hot. My tech said put ur feet in after saying it was hot again she takes the nozzle from the chair and starts trying to hose my foot down and I said no no it’s hot. Don’t know if she didn’t understand me. Then she just laughs with other tech next to her. I’m barely sitting down starts saying choose ur color as I was as sitting down. Starts just being rough with my feet. It’s sposed to be relaxing experience. I was tense the whole time. She seemed inconvenienced by me when I asked for regular polish not gel. Rolled her eyes and went to go find a similar color. I went in wanted the queen pedi package - not once did she ask me to choose what type of pedi I wanted - she just proceeded to the service . Won’t be coming here after 2 years

The cold water was so nice and helped me relax. Double teaming your hands and toes at the same time was such a time saver and so appreciated!

I went 3 time to get arcylic nails on my toes and nails done first time I went t got a man he was older he was super rude an burn my foot with hot water for my pedicure 2nd time I went some lady was doing my nails and she was all in a hurry she put my gems all ugly and u can see all,the glue 3 time I went got the same older man the rude one he was just all looking at my toes not in a good made me feel uncomfortable like he was getting all turn on or something NEVER AGAIN im not going anymore not for me an I dnt care for the prices I paid almost 200 dollars for my toes an nails on my hands to get service like that no thank u

I can not say the same for customer service of the front chair tech, I’ve came several times and just don’t feel after so long I have been take of. Even after the nail tech who did my nails told me herself the powder was too light she wanted to keep adding on extra charges on why it cost to fix. Like your telling me these pictures are equivalent???

Loved my pedicure. The staff of course spoke to themselves in a language we could not understand, which is rude. I caught one of the workers taking a picture of me. One of the men. Sadly I’ll never go back and I’ll let everyone I know to not go back either.

I don't live in Tulare but travel there twice a month. I started getting pedicures at queen nails and I absolutely love how attentive and friendly everyone is. I highly recommend their services
