Not bad at all. We had a scheduled appointment for a certain reason. When we ended up changing the reason they went ahead and accepted us the day before the appointment anyway as walk-ins and that was super convenient. Miss G took great care of us and in the simplest and most timely manner.

Unprofessional. My appointment was at 10 I've been sitting here 45 minutes and there has been several people coming in after me than we're seen immediately but somehow I'm still sitting here waiting. Unacceptable

H and r block are scam artists! Their fees are ridiculous! They charge for every single thing. And what they told me there were going to charge was not was charged to me. It is not worth it for the refund advance. Save your money use turbo tax. Never again.

I called and was answered by a rude woman who interrupted me constantly and did not listen to a single thing I said. I finally hung up on her because she was wasting my time. I called the H&R block in Visalia instead and they were very helpful.
