“A year or two ago, I took my wedding ring to Zales because one of the small diamonds fell out and I wanted to get it repaired. While there one of the female employees told me that there was nothing she could do because I hadn’t sent it in during COVID to be inspected and cleaned. I informed her I wasn’t comfortable sending it off in the mail and that’s why I had chosen not to do that. She straight up refused to help me, wouldn’t even look up my profile to see if I had a warranty on my ring… today I went in and spoke with Melinda, she pulled up my file and informed me that yes in fact I could get my ring repaired. I had the lifetime warranty the whole time! She took her time to explain what was going to happen with my ring and we got everything squared away.thank you Melinda for being kind and helping me! I would have left a 5 star review but the experience with the other employee is still upsetting.”

Went in to replace my necklaces clasp, and after inspection he seen the clasp was just malfunctioning so we didn't need to replace the clasp only repair it , which didn't take more than 10 minutes .
