With my past life working in a active retail environment on the corporate level I would like to share a big shoutout to this location for hiring a major talented associate like Stevie! I know this feedback is going to make it through the pipeline especially on a district manager level so please share this to the everyone in your corporate office as Stevie deserves to be recognized and NEEDS to have a development plan on making her a leader because she would truly be an inspiring one!
The experience I had was something magical - once when entering the store it was busy which is a beautiful thing to see. Everyone did the “welcome in” which to me is quite common and is a non-negotiable but Stevie took a step forward and had beautiful helicopter view where she directly came to me and had her introduction to the customer (me) perfectly. The conversation flowed and seamlessly was able to gather data as to why I came into the store. After she built a strong rapport with me and my mother by celebrating my weight loss and needing need pants she effortlessly guided us to the section she felt I would I love while letting me know of the sale which once again I know is a non-negotiable when it comes to letting the customers know but she was hitting her marks while still holding that strong bond that was made in a few seconds.
My BIGGEST WOW MOMENT was how she did the most perfect thing for customers is gave me options from the rapport she build from asking those open ended questions. Another WOW moment for me is she subconsciously used The Who, who, and YOU method meaning while I was in the fitting my mother told she said “well now he’s getting pants you should to let me show you” like absolutely amazing! She lead fearlessly and built that basket!! *she literally took me around the store for shirts, accessories, pants and they were added to my basket**
What was really inspiring was I can tell that she is passionate about people and celebrating everyone who walks in that door. I ended up almost spending $400 because of her alone which rarely happens because I can tell when someone is not being authentic and needs to hit their goal but that wasn’t the case with her. The magic she brings to this location needs to be is seen and she deserves more than a weekly meeting shoutout. Please partner with your peers and SM on how to evolve this talent to a district trainer.

Not great to walk in and have the employees look at me like they want me to leave. So I did and I spent my money at another store.

Never buy jeans from here they will not accept returns despite telling you exactly what to bring back in regards to returns. I was told they couldn't accept returns without the tags and to go get the tags and they could take them, so I dug through trash to get them only for the next employee to tell me they don't accept them. Absolute waste of gas and time. Employees don't seem to care to help much either. Go to wrangler or something.

Lots of Levi inventory. Very little inventory will fit for sizes fitting people over 6 ft tall. Good help in the fitting room. LONG line, waiting to give the store our money. Only 1 register staffed for several minutes while a staffer with a clipboard stood and gave several minutes of instruction to two other staffers. After long conversation ended, and line at register very long, second register became staffed.

I came into the Levi store to buy and finds a pair of jeans, because I was literally down to my last pair that I had on. I have heard so many good reviews about the quality of Levi pants. Right when I walked in, I was greeted with a hello, and I walked straight to the pant area with not knowing what I was looking for or much information only based on what I had researched on when I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Jesse and had asked if there was anything specific I was looking for and from then on Jesse was the most polite respectful person in customer service that I have ever had. He was very attentive and in asking questions of what type of pants I’m looking for and suggested a multiple variety of style of pants for me that turned out amazing. Jesse was so generous in grabbing whether the next size up of jeans or a different color of pants and style of pants for me. I was very happy and content with my purchase and customer service that I had just received from Jesse. I ended up leaving with six pair of jeans, when initially I went in for one or two pairs of jeans. Thank you Jesse for being so helpful and attentive and hearing me out on my needs and wants on what I wanted in a pair of jeans.

Leadership team were very customer obsessed. I did give the review about the recent experience, I thought they never going to reply but leader ship team took initiation to contact me and ask me about the experience. I really appreciate the way they treating their customer. Highly recommended

This was my first time buying Levi jeans and Christina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on their products. She helped me find two new pairing of jeans that fit perfect. Highly recommend!

Well stocked. But hate walking in and there's 3 employees already on your ass like literally 3-4 feet from each other asking the same question. Commission must pay good, but it's so annoying. Store was crowded, but mostly employees.
