Magic Touch RVs provides excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient, and the tech handles repair appointments quickly. People say the employees are helpful, honest and upfront, answered all questions and sure people are happy. The parts department has competent staff and pleasant service. The facility is very nice, and the value is great with superb service. The owner is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Many highly recommend Magic Touch and definitely recommend it to everyone.
Excellent customer service! Everett in service worked in my small, but needed repair into their busy schedule as I was traveling from out of state. Hector, their service tech, was efficient and courteous, overall a great experience. Highly recommend Magic Touch service!

We got to talk to the owner, and I'm so glad we stopped. He's very honest and upfront. Any questions no matter how many. He answered all of them. Made sure we were happy. Definitely recommend coming and checking out his RV's..
